Prior bad acts are only admitted if they have probative value that outweighs the prejudicial impact. Ask any attorney and they will tell you that this is the relevant standard. In this case, the defendant was never proven guilty of rape as a matter of law, despite what the public may believe. My thoughts exactly 💯. Innocent until proven guilty, but let's hear the truth and if he did do these things then lock him up!

Funny how they can agree and give that attorney the benefit of the doubt that someone from Boston or the northeast talk more like that, I bet the same people would never agree to that when it comes to Trump and how he speaks!

It's funny she had no memory loss when she made these allegations...but once on the stand...can't remember/ changes the stories.....The lawyer is asking her if she has some brain problem, well she was dating the accused.......The prosecutor and defense bash men worst on the stand, ,,,,but no one comes to his aid...... But because its a woman, its too harsh ??... is insane...If you’re telling the truth, you wouldn’t forget what you said. Because it’s the truth. Seems suspicious to me....

Its becoming evident that there is a lot more of this than is evident in general. Such a good looking guy its hard to believe he needs to resort to such unacceptable behavior?! Woman need to become a lot more circumspect about their own behaviour too and who they consort with. This sounds like a messy situation to begin with. Possibly drugs involved too?! Have some respect for yourselves ladies...

@Sally Bell yes, watched the movie and yes he was also good looking. Probably a dumb comment but it's also fascinating that these lookers are so sick. So evil. Bundy was also a highly intelligent man but twisted. Maybe it's precisely that woman are drawn to their looks initially and fail therefore to see the flags? They maybe find it hard to accept and probably even entertain a degree of denial with time. Whatever I myself was the "blind" victim of a Conman and as a consequence trust nobody. So yes I know too that psychopaths fool kings and judge's.... And there are many of them. My country has I believe the highest number of psychopaths, per capita, of any country in the world... we have serious gbv problems here!!

An accusation remains an accusation until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. He is an easy target due to the previous charges which by the way he beat fair and square.
