Isn’t it kinda pointless interviewing a developer of mold free coffee on the benefits?? Of course he is going to say mold is bad…. HE SELLS MOLD FREE COFFEE!! I’m more concerned IF there is mold in your coffee in the first place, coming from a scientist who has no affiliation with a mold free coffee company. I use regular beans and inspect them and I’ve never seen mold. So mold in your coffee… fake news??
True he because he's trying to sell his coffee. His coffee is probably pretty good I don't know but the only way you would have mold is if you improperly store your coffee.

Recently I’ve been wanting and often having a banana before I go to bed. I am doing this while still maintaining a caloric deficit but I’m worried that the high sugar/carb content will impact my ability to lose weight by spiking insulin. Is my suspicion correct? 🙈
As long as you’re in a calorie deficit you’re fine
Correct, bananas are high in sugar and definitely before bed is (sorry!) the worst time to have one in regards to weight.
