I would love to know your take on warfarin, and it's affect on calcification of arteries. I'm on life long warfarin (been taking for 25 years) and monitor INR every 4 weeks. I take D3 / K2, magnesium and fish oil daily along with whole food diet and exercise, but am having heart issues

K2 ensures the calcium that Vitamin D causes the gut to absorb is directed to bones & teeth & not to arteries & organs where it can build up and cause calcification

Thank you for watching the video and sharing your concern! I understand the worry about vitamin C and kidney stones. Here's some important information to clarify: Vitamin C and oxalate: While vitamin C can be converted to oxalate in the body, this mainly happens at very high doses (typically over 18,000mg daily). It supports the kidneys by; Increasing urine flow Reducing urine pH Binding with calcium, potentially reducing calcium oxalate stone formation Dosage matters: The risk of stones increases significantly only at very high doses. The amounts I recommended in the video are generally safe for most people. Thank you for bringing up this important point! It's great to have engaged viewers who think critically about health information. 😊🙏
I heard that too much Vitamin D3 and cause more calcification in the heart. I know Vitamin k2 can help but to much Vitamin D3 will increase calcification.
That's why it should always be taken with Vitamin K2 (MK7) which acts in the liver to direct calcium to bones and teeth & not to arteries and organs where it can build up & cause calcification

And, of course, ignorant trusting people view them as "god's in white coats." They spend 4-6 years to become adept at applying pharmaceuticals to turn off the alarm and ignore the problem. Please do a video on what can help mitral valve regurgitation besides magnesium! Perhaps cavidex or peptides?

Just wondering if vitamin d at 250 nmol/l is too high. And how much should I take now or stop taking it.
You are a bit over. it should be no more than 200nmol/L

Does vitamin 3 need to be taken with vitamin K2
No need to take Vitamin D3 with K2, since you are taking and saturating with Magnesium properly
K2 ensures the calcium that Vitamin D causes the gut to absorb is directed to bones & teeth & not to arteries & organs where it can build up and cause calcification
@@Dickey_Moe09 you should take D3 and K2. The K2 helps move Calcium from the arteries to the bones - where it should be.

Vitamin C does not compromise the kidneys, it's the oxalates that compromise the kidneys. Vitamin C will actually help

if you are in canada minimum 200, if you are in the USA it's 80 ng/dL
So much vit c kidney stones
