I'm a naan bread girl but have never done it w Kamut - BUT I brought it in the car across the country to keep cooking with for the summer!!! I absolutely love it!! Loved seeing your space and it makes me want to cook when seeing you in there with all the beautiful tools!! I love the copper displayed on whatever rack you had in the back - so pretty!! When cooking the Naan, do you grease your cast iron pan?
Not usually but you can use a little bit of butter or oil if needed or preferred. ❤️

Can it be made non sourdough?
Yes, it can. You'd substitute discard for an active dry yeast sponge process.
