Lloyd - I’ve been watching your videos for a while because I enjoy magic. I’m not a magician… I don’t practice doing tricks… I just love watching and learning about magic. That being said, congratulations on all the milestones - especially the sobriety! Keep up the great work!
Congratulations on 1000 days sober. So glad you made the choice to stick around. I'm going on 13 months sober as well. Life is so much better. Love seeing you and Kayleigh's successes
Dear Lloyd Barnes, I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate your work. I’ve been following your UA-cam channel for the past two years, and your creative gimmick builds never cease to amaze me. Your passion for magic and your ability to bring such innovative ideas to life are truly inspiring. Thank you for sharing your talent and dedication with all of us. Your content brings a lot of joy and wonder into my life, and I can’t wait to see what incredible projects you come up with next. Keep up the fantastic work! Best regards, Michael ❤
Congratulations Lloyd! I’m so happy for you! I follow you from across the seas in Oklahoma, USA. I started following you because, #1 your magic is so cool! And, #2 your joy, and your wife’s joy, the laughter… it is all so contagious! I suffer with disabling depression, and your videos always make me smile. So, ☮️♥️ from way over here, to way over there. Take care!
2 comments. 1st. This is an amazing gimmick. I watch all your content and this has got to be my favorite. I’ll have to see if I can get the proper materials in my country. 2nd. Paid partner or not, talking about your history and struggles, and introducing a way for people to get help might be the best part of this video. Mental health is something many shy away from. Thank your for shedding a little light on the subject. Much love.
Well done, my friend. I want to offer you the warmest, most heartfelt congratulations - on both milestones. I've never mentioned it on my own channel, but you know from our private interactions, I am myself just over 6 years sober, and while I'm not at 100,000 subscribers, and probably never will be, I did just cross 200, and I'm pretty proud of that. I'm also immensely proud of you, because as someone who has experience in both of those fields, I know that they're both incredibly difficult. Sobriety is a fight every day, and it's a fight that you're winning. When you add the UA-cam on top of that, it's doubly impressive. Super proud of you, buddy. In a show of solidarity, I plan to make and perform this gimmick on my own channel today, though it certainly won't be anywhere near as good as yours. Just keep on keeping on, and you'll keep on killing it. 7️⃣✌️
I've been on a mission trying to figure out how the Tenyo Wandering Hole works. I've seen a lot of your tutorials on what to the audience look like similar tricks, but which are all entirely different behind the scenes. I've been learning a lot, but I feel like I'm not any closer to solving that mystery. That said, I have been greatly enjoying watching your videos. Congratulations on your self-improvement!
Lloyd you are one of my favorite magic creators on the planet and I too have been working to better myself physically thanks for the positivity and inspiration God bless
Wow Loyd! Well done in your lifestyle choices, and once again, a beautiful visual illusion. I'm not actually a magician ever since my attempt at 10 years old went so wrong that I wanted to disappear into a tiny crack in the floor, but as with another of commentry here, I'm fascinated and always have been with magic and see it as an art of powerful imagination, which is where you excel. I love learning about illusion and directed attention, and sleights or gimmicks; for me I'm eclectic in my magic tastes, but your wonderful visual tricks are to me the heart and soul of all magic and I love learning more. Your channel is brilliant and you deserve the following you built up by finding something in the imagination, and having the engineering skill to bring it into reality. First class.
This is so creative Lloyd!! I wish I was as creative as you when it comes to making gimmicks. I have ideas but for some reason have a hard time with the gimmick making process (whether it’s the materials or how to make the gimmick) Can you give any advice on gimmick making?
Thanks for the comment! My best advice is just to take your time and do it over and over. I promise you, gimmick making came quite the opposite of natural to me. I felt like I was below average in my ability to gimmick build when I started off. But I just kept trying and slow, but surely, it started to come together. The beauty of it is; you can try as many time's as you want and if it goes wrong, you can tear up the card and start again 🙂
Man wish i could just buy it for something like 10 bucks. But still if i can ever get the diy stuff I'll definitely make one of those awesome gimmicks 👍
It's really awesome you reached your goals with your body and staying sober, but I think it's important to not always place thinness as the goal and fatness as undesirable. That said, if being thinner feels more you, then that's awesome! It sounds like the alcohol was affecting your weight in ways you didn't want, so I'm glad you're past that. I've also heard people say BetterHelp is a scam, so you may want to look into that.
Shhh... my tricks that are TOO good for YT are posted here: www.patreon.com/lloydb
This link takes me to an article about eating avocados ????
It takes me to a website "what will happened to your body if you star drinking carrot juice" 😅

I didn't like the disappearing pencil, Lloyd - a bit obvious! Maybe I can teach you a way to vanish it. 😉
Pencil through card is 10/10 👍🤪👍
