Very true David. I left the meeting because God set ne free from bondage. Once you see the real truth about the "meetings" and the Truth which is in Jesus the falseness is clear and there is no turning back. I do not know how anyone can say that they love a way that hurt and deceived so nany people but that's just it. People love "a way" because they have not come to love "THE WAY" which is in Jesus alone. They have been programmed to love "a way" because they see their salvation as being tied to it they have not yet seen that salvation is BY FAITH ALONE, THROUGH GRACE ALONE.
I left a certain denomination about 10 years ago. I was born and raised in it. I belong to a home fellowship now and we are all learning together a deeper reality of God's unconditional love. It is a long progress to detangle from many misconceptions we were taught. It was 20 years ago my eyes were opened to His free gift of His righteousness and I didn't have to work to get it. And also what the New Covenant means to believers. It's life changing. I have peace and joy now. God bless your journey.
I enjoyed your story. I left meetings at age 21 after marring someone outside the meetings. It's been a rocky road, but had a couple of dramatic encounters with God at age 40... and have been FREE of bondage now for 28 years. JESUS IS THE TRUTH!... no other way... love to all who are on this journey.
Thank you for your testimony. This was the first one I've ever heard about The Truth. My family and I were in The Truth for about five years. I loved the testimonies of the workers and have very fond memories of going to many conventions and special meetings. I remember standing in the back of the meeting hall or tent between sessions and looking at all the homemade quilts draped across the back of the benches and or chairs. I was always impressed with how well organized everything ran in the background, from setting up meeting chairs or benches to preparing meals for hundreds of people. The sounds of the little boys and girls walking between tables calling out, "water", "water". So many memories. While I often left meetings feeling spiritually fed, I began to question how closed off the meetings were. Because regular meetings were held in private homes, people had to be invited to attend. There wasn't an open door policy like other churches and I became more concerned that there were many people who were searching for spiritual help but needed an open door to find it. Eventually my family and I stopped attending meetings. It was a difficult decision and transition. The loss actually caused some physical issues that no medical intervention could help. About a year or so later I overheard a co-worker talking to someone about going to church and I asked what church they attended. Within a few weeks our family was attending church and everything changed. We were finally back home. Praise Him. I love the Lord Jesus.
I was watching this then you get to the part where you said if you stop going to meetings you would go to HELL, or you could stay and go to heaven. I was raised in the Jw cult and they do not believe there is a hell and people aren't going to heaven (except for the 144,000). I have been out for a long time. I was shunned by my Mother and other family members. My sister gave me the book Crisis of Conscience by Raymond Franze. I was overjoyed to learn that God STILL Loved me and I WILL be going to heaven. God bless you.
Please read the Bible itself; the New Testament points to Jesus and how to go to heaven because of His sacrifice, but it’s not an automatic thing everyone gets! Please don’t be deceived!
I remember when I first left meetings, your testimony was one of the first ones I listened to from an ex 2x2. I think I found you on Vimeo. Anyways it’s amazing how God worked in your life and brought you to where you are! And it’s amazing to see the Holy Spirit do all his amazing work to bring us to the knowledge of the Truth who is Jesus Christ himself! I love that God has used your talents to do these interviews and have a really impactful UA-cam account! Just know you are making a massive impact on people and used very greatly for Gods glory! Thanks again for your courage! God bless you and your family! 🙏✝️💞
“Jesus is the answer” Truer words were never spoken. 😊 Thank you for sharing your story. I am very interested in high demand religions, but I had never heard of this group before. I look forward to watching more of your videos.
I can relate to this so much. I think all of us who were raised in the 2x2 church/religion were taught that we would go to hell if we left. I decided to leave anyway despite the indoctrination that I would go to hell for leaving. I knew intellectually that that was not true, but I had been taught that since I was 5 or 6 years of age so it manifested itself in extreme anxiety after I stopped going to meetings. I had to go to therapy and it took several years for that existential fear to go away. I think that is a terrible thing to teach young children that everyone outside of The Truth 2x2 church is going to hell. I grew up that way and was so sad because i loved my grandparents so much, but was told they were going to hell. This is really damaging to children. I had nightmares as a young girl that my grandma was going to hell because she was Catholic and not "The Truth" bunhead church. The anxiety at leaving is real. I dealt with it for years. But we must leave.
Raised in the 2x2 - I left as soon as I was 18 and out of my home. I never bought into it as a child - a worker even stated I was of "darkness" or something like that because I didn't believe what they were saying. Now, I am finding my way back to God - but not by the 2x2's - my own path.
It takes a lot for a man to honestly reassess his entire belief system in the light of what Jesus actually said. So all kudos to you for doing so! Yes,I think you are on the right path here. Jesus is the way the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father but by Jesus. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Wonderful testimony. I grew up in that cult and, as far as I know, everyone I met were lovely people, but the teachings did not connect me to Jesus. I was born again when I was 17 in 1972. My mother told me I was going to go to Hell because I was attending a false church. Her comments did not bother me at all. I rarely ran into anyone from the meetings, so being shunned was not an issue. My mother's best friend from meetings got saved in her later years and I am so happy about that because I love her very much and am glad I will be seeing her in Heaven. i wish they all knew Jesus for real.
Hi David, I just listened to you for the first time. It takes courage to leave this faith! I was born into it but left it about 16 years ago. I just couldn't do it any longer. My parents knew your grandparents and i know your mom and dad. Nice people! Keep up the good videos!
Hi David, I’ve never heard of meetings or the truth but I am so thankful that you’ve found Jesus! He is the one and only way and trusting Him is the answer to every problem. He loves us so much!! May you and your wife continue to love on those that have been burdened without knowing the truth!!
Thank you for sharing. My husband and I left meetings in September 2023. Sadly, it took the rampant abuse crisis for me to wake up to all the issues. I remember praying about it all amd trying to grapple with the revelation that these "workers" I'd revered were far from that imagined ideal ... And as I prayed, God asked me "Am I omnipotent or not?" That little question made me realize that I'd stuffed God into a box, thinking He only fit my little tradition. And then, like you, the very next thought was "I am the way, the truth" etc ❤
You are so blessed to have found the real truth. That Jesus is the only way, people try to say there is more than one way to heaven but that is not what the Bible says. So very happy for you, people need to wake up before it’s to late. I think there is going to be many who think they are ready are going to be found wanting. To late once they take that last breath or Jesus returns for his people.
Thanks for your testimony David. A similar verse the SPIRIT inspired to me was John 6:44 "No one can come to Me unless My Father who sent Me draws him-and I will raise him up on the last day."
Thanking God that he took you out of that cult and brought you to himself!! Wonderful that your wife diligently prayed for you and witnessed to you! Wonderful to hear your story. Thanks for sharing!!
Wow i just "happened" along this video, and it really rang some bells for me. I had the same revelation about 13 years ago after some very heartbreaking things had happenend in my life. Here and there i would share the same revelation, that "meeting isnt salvation" in conversations, but it is not always well received with those so entrenched in "the Truth". I still attend fellowship, and I love fellowship for what it is and is meant to be-fellowship, but salvation is only through Christ. I have visited a few other bible churches, but i do find them pretty shallow in comparison, and I love the sharing in meeting. I have found nothing else like it. So, in conclusion, I believe it is one of the highest forms of worship that we can find in the modern world, but it also can be emursed in false religeous belief among the friends. I also believe many other churches have "church-goers" that truly think thier church is their salvation, so we pray each one will have their own revelation.
Yes, a Pew study showed that 1 in 4 in church are actually born again Christians. I believe that number is much, much thinner with in meetings because of all the false beliefs and work-based attempts to be saved. Finding a church can be hard but there are many, many, solid biblical teaching ones out there, with real Christian fellowship!
I grew up going to the truth and within the last 5 years I have a had a very hard time with it. I never was able to ask questions without feeling like I was going to be unloved or looked down on. It was very hard and it’s still a struggle to get out of the ways that I was taught growing up. I really appreciate this video I wish I found a lot of these things a lot sooner. Thank you
Never heard of this group. Interesting. I'm glad you are free now. I learned something new. Thanks. My "church" was strange, and had rules, and as soon as I was old enough to really understand my Bible and think about things, instead of just follow. I started having questions. So I asked. I didn't like the answers, b/c it wasn't answers. It was....b/c I said so type of reply. I left. Age 15. I was forced to attend, but my parents did attend. I was sent with the neighbors. If I acted up, they called my mom. I would get beat when I got home lol. It was so worth it, b/c found the truth b/c of it.
Thank you for your testimony, David. I have added you & your wife & family to my perpetual intercessory prayer list and I will pray for y’all daily till Jesus returns or until I take my last breath, whichever comes first 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
I was born and raised in the Way. I experienced CSA at the hands of my father and mother. I currently attend meetings I still go because I want fellowship and I love the people I meet with. I want to leave
May you reach out to God and follow Him out of that cult. It is possible to change through the power of God's love. The Holy Spirit can help you. God is not confused.
God bless your heart. You have all to gain and nothing to lose by walking away. There is fellowship and love for healing beyond with Christ Jesus of the Bible.
We did the same thing David. That was 25 years ago ,God opens up the scripture ! And you find out " That the friends and workers Are Not your friends! God teaches us And Heaven is open to us < yes Jesus is our guide
Thank you for sharing your story. You are a true brother in our Creator / Savior Yeshua ha Mashiac (Jesus the Christ). My wife, Martha, and I look forward to hearing much more from you.
I grew up Methodist, but stopped going about ten years ago after I reported abuse and was retaliated against by my family and congregation. I have advanced degrees that I didn’t get to use. My dad’s family farther back was probably Mennonite and my mom’s side of the family is Bohemian from the Czech Republic. They say people use drugs or are crazy if they go against what they say. They have broken up a lot of relationships that way. Also my church was more works-based.
Good News for you! Bad news for the workers! I came to view what was happening to the “born and raised”, was being hobbled by the workers gospel. Taken captive instead of liberated! What a trap!
Hey David. I grew up in a nondenominational evangelical church and I work cross culturally in Spain. My main Bible for personal Bible study has no notes or underlines because I want to be able to come to the text fresh. My Spanish Bible that I take to church has underlines and comments. There are movements inside evangelicalism that have cultic/legalistic tendencies. When I was a kid my dad was moderately into Bill Gothard's Basic Youth Conflicts seminars. He was in it enough to do damage to our family but not enough to destroy our family. Keep up the good work. Jesus alone. Holiness comes through the Holy Sprit working in us not through our legalistic works.
There's a lot of abuse that goes on in this particular fellowship that rarely gets addressed. 60 minutes did a spot on them here in Australia a couple of years ago. One of the few times they came to media attention.
Thank You; I was in the truth from thirteen til nineteen. First job was serving tea at the convention. I am seventy-six and took a different route than you. Drugs and alcohol were my path. I have a personal relationship with the Spirit today, I thought not possible. When I wake up into my eternity, I am fully aware everything that happened was by design. I know to love the Lord is the most important thing in my life. How I get along with the rest of Y'all He created is my dilemma, If you want to talk about Cults, there is nothing in my Bible about Baptist, Episcopalian, Methodist, or even Catholics or any others. Love your God with all your heart, all your soul, with all your might. Little paraphrasing but you get my jest. The truth and the way are as good as any, but without Love you have nothing. We are very much on our way to not being able to worship at all. One more generation the way I see it. When the last of us believers are gone there want be anything else but the truth and the way. Be Blessed
It's funny but I immediately thought that "I am the way..." was the verse you were going to hear from Jesus. You asked Him for the truth and He IS the Truth. I am sure you thank God every day for your wife!
i was raised up in the fold too 🙂 i still live going to meeting with mom when i can no one cares i wear jeans lol. i lived in wall south Dakota from 99 to 2009 went to Hermosa convention once ❤️❤️ stay strong and brave God will never leave us or forsake us we are His.
David, I believe I grew up with your dad. You mentioned about a church you are now a part of. Does it line up with the foundation that Jesus established?
Hey there! I guess I'm not quite sure what your asking... could you explained what you mean by the "foundation that Jesus established" is? That might help me understand what your asking! Thanks!
Jesus sent out the Apostles on a commission in Matthew 10, not a foundation of a religion. See my thoughts on these episodes: ua-cam.com/video/89gWytVyNig/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/AwFz_c7DnnE/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/QTevbQOOfWs/v-deo.html That was clearly a commission as Jesus states in Luke 22:35 Jesus is everything. Period. I've had many conversations with my sister, and hope she comes to the save knowledge of Christ alone! Eph 2:8-9
Jesus plus nothing! Saved at 5 yrs old now almost 62 yrs old now. I would tell that I totally believe it is Jesus plus nothing but looking at my life I have to fight being performance-oriented because I was raised in a family that was performance-oriented in everything!
David I just recently watched your video and while watching you mentioned moving to convention grounds as a child in South Dakota. I am curious which convention grounds in SD. I professed when I was 11 or 12 at convention in SD as that was what I thought I was supposed to do. I am guessing you know of or are aware of my family or my family last name Whaley. My grandparents were”royalty” you might say in the faith. I grew up in the faith but my dad finally left the faith when I was 13 or 14 as did me and my siblings. My family on my dad’s side was in the truth for generations. I’d love to talk to you about some things if you see this. Thanks
The Holy Spirit is calling us out of religion and into relationship with Jesus. Your experience is not unique. It happens when you seek Christ. The corruption in the ministry should be proof that the ministry is anything but the “truth and way”.
I never knew it was called 2 x 2 religion growing up only as "The Truth. The workers were put on a pedestal and they would give advice on marriage, child raising and other things with no experience. I still today question everything religious and have a hard time with it. Being from basically a lower status in the church not all are treated equally. I could write a book or do a video but wont. I still know some of the folks and for most part are very nice. It seems as things is progressing maybe just a little. I think people now may even see have TV which totally blows my mind.
Spiritual warfare is what it sounds like your going thru your right on Jesus is the only way buy grace are we saved but do not forsake your self to assemble were 2 or 3 are gather he will be in the mist keep trusting in Jesus love him with all your heart and he will guide us thru this life
Thanks David. My mom's book was named "Has the Truth Set You Free" to put focus on the word "truth" because Jesus said HE was The Truth - a battle the 2x2s have no chance of winning. Maybe they could give "The Way" and "The Truth" back and try something a little different with Jesus being God Incarnate.
Can you tell me a little more about what going to meetings is about? Are you all referring to the Amish? So sorry but I’m not familiar what you mean. Thank you.
@@carlin3152 Thanks for letting me know about this. I’m so glad that many who have commented have been set free by the Lord Jesus. I hope the same has happened to you.
Meaning he is our example first John3:3. Rom3:25, not once saved always saved. Not to be ahearer only but adore of Yahoshua word compare Romans1:7 first Cor.1:2 Rev14:12
I'd like to share an observation that points to the accuracy of Scripture in my video 'Begining of understanding ' I worship in Truth and in Spirit I'll demonstrate transmutation by electrical process of genetically superior creatures (Seraphim) My icon is a seraph kneeling for example
Our Lord taught us to love Him with all our strength, and to love our neighbors in the same way we love ourselves. In His words, this is salvation. God of love, communion and unity. The god that all the 45000 Christian preach, the god of separation from the world. The god of hate towards others different from us. The god who requires a human to convey God’s will to “the church” laity. This is the imposter god. The 45000 denomination church is the antichrist church. Get out of Babylon my children.
Its a group called meetings, the truth, the fellowship, the friends and workers, etc. However they don't take an official name. Professing would be like 1/2 joining the church and then baptism would be joining all the way. There is more info in the description.
My salvation came when I was laying in a bathtub soaking and praying, praying for clarity and what was real and out of no where there was a bright warm light surrounding me, it’s a feeling I’ve never felt before or ever again. It was a feeling I know in my heart was God. It was totally calm quiet and very peaceful, it was a beautiful sense of being in the presence of Jesus. I knew right then I had been saved. I don’t know how long I was in the bathtub with the warmth of the light and the feeling God was right there with me but I wanted the feeling to last for ever. The first thing I did when I realized I was in the bathtub I gave glory to God and called my Aunt by marriage and told her I had just been saved. She was the Angel who put me on the path many years ago but never gave up on me no matter how many times I resisted. It was my time that very day. I have thanked my Lord and Savior many times that my aunt “ by marriage” never gave up on me, If my aunt a child of God didn’t give up on me I know God will never give up on anyone. Praise the Lord my God today and forever. With God all things are possible. God bless and never give up on someone it’s Gods will that will be done. God bless
Doing well in order to love neighbors or love the other brothers in Jesus, like help setting up chairs for others, is well pleased with Jesus because the good behavior shows your really following God. A saved life by Jesus naturally likes obey and do Jesus' words, which are always expressed as good works. But obeying people's words, especialy those outside of Jesus' words, is definitely not a good work, but a bad one.
Leaving a denomination is no big deal. God doesn't care, nor does He ever say in the Bible, about denominations. He seeks relationship with you personally. Maybe you need a break from organized religion so you can get out in the fresh air alone and actually have a conversation with Jesus Christ. You belong to Him. There is a Trinity - and the Holy Spirit will move in your life when you least expect it. Oh and by the way ' when others tell you about hell, just turn it around. Everyone deserves hell. Without the blood of Christ we would all be there already.
Psalm119:142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth. Hebrews 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; We have left the truth a long time ago. But now if we choose truth (Jesus) we must obey God in Deut. 6:8-9. Jesus is The Word, John 1:1-5 The Word God spoke: Exodus 20:1 The Word God wrote: Deuteronomy 4:13 and The Word God made flesh John 1:14. Psalm 119:151 Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth. Bring forth that spirit and let your light shine, or as Paul would say, "put on Jesus", Enter into the covenant of God.
Terry, I have three comments. 1. I am still enjoying sweet fellowship for all of my 80 years. With young people and elderly people in the meetings. 2. A former hippie professed and although his wife returned to her former lifestyle he kept coming to the meetings alone. He told me that he had tried all of the churches but that there was nothing “out there.” “Genuine love and fellowship is found in this “church.” 3. From his experience, I predict that you might spend years trying to, in your words, “processing” your new life after you cut yourself free from the bondage you experienced in the “truth.” Finally, if your favorite older brother was found guilty of being a serial rapist, would that fact affect your relationship with your father, mother and the rest of your family members? Would you never again attend family gatherings and reunions? I personally would do everything I possibly could to encourage my brother to repent so he could get paroled and released from prison so he could turn his life around. In genuine sincerity, I wish you well in your “processing.”
@@davidalink faith in Jesus is religion. If we look up the definition of that word. I think your definition of the word may be a bit different than the actual definition.
@@prayunceasingly2029there are different definitions for the word religion. It can mean ones “world view.” Religion in the context of what he’s saying is, I believe, a church or denomination. One can believe in Jesus without worshiping in an actual church with other people.
@@prayunceasingly2029Jesus says we are not to be religious!! Religious people killed Him! You truly need to seek real truth & that only comes thru a relationship with Jesus, not your organization.
This man keeps saying that those people are in the truth. Well, he is actually saying that they are in Christ, they are in Jesus. After all Jesus is the truth. Jesus prayed to his Father, "May they all be one, as I am in you, and as you are in me, may they be one in us." He is actually saying that they are in the way, the way of God, which is Jesus. He is admitting that he does not want to be in the way and truth. He doesn't want to be in Christ Jesus. He doesn't want to be in the Son or the Father. He does not want to be in fellowship with those people or with God and His Son. I literally sat here and witnessed this man say this with my own eyes and ears. Unbelievable. Well, what does he want? He sounds contradictory.
You don't adopt someone else's child without encouraging their integration and expect the child not to have problems. Adoption the way it is practiced is severe damage to babies and their families.
Sin and Hell must be better for you? The Living God will honor your will, you lead people away from the Truth, theirs consequence you must pay, Remember That?
Sounds like you need to repent & trust & believe in Jesus ONLY for your salvation. Works are like filthy rags to Him. If you don’t think He did enough on that cross, read the entire Bible for context. You’ll never be saved if you continue to think that some group or religion will save you. 🙏 for you. Jesus is all you need. He’s the truth. No group is the truth.
Dear David, i have met your sister and pArents. i, too, have gone to meetings my entire life. I love it. I love the Workers. I wouldnt leave I hope the best for you and that you return.
Hi Leeanne! When Christ reveals Himself to you, you can never go back to bondage! "For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."
Dear Leanne… I wasn’t in the Way, but was in a very similar church that thought they were the only ones with the truth. At 50 I left because I was shown the larger picture in a cancer clinic in Mexico. I was shunned and it broke my heart… they are in a sense my people and I love them dearly, BUT the doctrine was exclusive and very like the early Pharisees (which started well) progressed. For a good while I was in free fall, then the Lord clearly lead me to my current small biblically sound evangelical church. I thought I knew the the Lord… I didn’t. I ‘knew’ Him be proxy… who He was presented by the church and all it’s edicts. Now I have a living relationship with my blessed Lord and I can only praise Him! I asked my new pastors why we often feel safe in these environments. His answer has stuck with me…. ‘people like laws and a proscribed way to do faith because that way they don’t have to do the hard work of seeking the Lord in everything’. How true! It came as a shock that instead of leaning into leaders and just mindlessly doing this and not doing that and just feeling I was spiritual because I was there… I had to seek Him in everything. Frankly I didn’t know how. I had never had to tests the wings of faith alone with Him. But what a blessing eventually. Until you experience that you simply do not know what freedom in Christ is

@faithworks217 I was a JW for forty years . Jehovahs witnesses do not believe in hell.
@@janetfowell5166 Well, Jesus did and spoke about Hell, where the fire is not quenched and the worm does not die, so I believe it, too.
@@faithworks217I beg your pardon I thought it was the Jehovah witness cult. Sorry.

Hi David, I just listened to you for the first time. It takes courage to leave this faith! I was born into it but left it about 16 years ago. I just couldn't do it any longer.
My parents knew your grandparents and i know your mom and dad. Nice people!
Keep up the good videos!
Hi David,
I’ve never heard of meetings or the truth but I am so thankful that you’ve found Jesus! He is the one and only way and trusting Him is the answer to every problem. He loves us so much!! May you and your wife continue to love on those that have been burdened without knowing the truth!!
Thank you for sharing your story. I love the verse that was given to you as I have read that same one and it gives me so much hope and liberty.
What mean by "meetings" meetings for what 🙏
Thank you for sharing I left the truth this year.

Thank you
Lovely setting to share your story with your dog. I enjoy seeing the beautiful nature around you when you make videos. Thank you.
Thanks David for your testimony! God Bless 💖🙏

That's truly unfortunate! May God richly help you where you are.
Thank you so much for sharing. You are an encouragement! It would be lovely to hear a follow up story.
Thank you for sharing your story. You are a true brother in our Creator / Savior Yeshua ha Mashiac (Jesus the Christ). My wife, Martha, and I look forward to hearing much more from you.
Hi David, John 14:6 IS MY FAVORITE VERSE...THAT'S THE ONE i WAS SAVED WITH!
So glad you found Jesus and the Bible verse you were showed.
Love your videos and love your Blue healer. (We have one too😊)
I totally appreciate this and am headed to watch other vids. Hoping they continue to expand and don't circle down into a rigid belief
Hey I want to clarify that when I say cross cultural worker I by no means mean 2x2. We use worker here to not say the m word.
What "m" word?@@malaguitarista5266

Thanks!
@@davidalink Reread Mathew 10 for starters. What are your thoughts on your sister Sara's profession?
Jesus sent out the Apostles on a commission in Matthew 10, not a foundation of a religion. See my thoughts on these episodes:

Been preaching through Galatians and all these videos appeared.

I've never heard about the 2x2's. Who are they?
I never knew it was called 2 x 2 religion growing up only as "The Truth. The workers were put on a pedestal and they would give advice on marriage, child raising and other things with no experience. I still today question everything religious and have a hard time with it. Being from basically a lower status in the church not all are treated equally. I could write a book or do a video but wont. I still know some of the folks and for most part are very nice. It seems as things is progressing maybe just a little. I think people now may even see have TV which totally blows my mind.
Spiritual warfare is what it sounds like your going thru your right on Jesus is the only way buy grace are we saved but do not forsake your self to assemble were 2 or 3 are gather he will be in the mist keep trusting in Jesus love him with all your heart and he will guide us thru this life
He said they attend a Bible believing church.
Amen!

I don’t understand what you mean by professing. Not sure what group you belonged to?
I don’t know how long I was in the bathtub with the warmth of the light and the feeling God was right there with me but
I wanted the feeling to last for ever.
The first thing I did when I realized I was in the bathtub I gave glory to God and called my Aunt by marriage and told her I had just been saved. She was the Angel who put me on the path many years ago but never gave up on me no matter how many times I resisted. It was my time that very day. I have thanked my Lord and Savior many times that my aunt “ by marriage” never gave up on me,
If my aunt a child of God didn’t give up on me I know God will never give up on anyone.

Psalm119:142
Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
Hebrews 10:16
This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
We have left the truth a long time ago. But now if we choose truth (Jesus) we must obey God in Deut. 6:8-9.
Jesus is The Word, John 1:1-5
The Word God spoke: Exodus 20:1
The Word God wrote: Deuteronomy 4:13
and The Word God made flesh John 1:14.
Psalm 119:151
Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.

I brush my teeth religiously every day. Faith is a different from religion and faith in Christ sets us free from religion. It's personal.
Hey! Please read the description! The cult I grew up was called the Truth. You are right that Jesus is the Truth!

@@joycejarrell8866sharing our good experiences harms noone.
