First- thank you for your kind words. They are appreciated. AP reports are whatever the company decides they want to report on. So, there is no standard report. The reports either come from the ERP or are created in Excel, if it is something different the company wants. Typically, reports are pulled at the end of the period. This can be weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. I have to think about your error question.
