Exactly what I was looking for. I'm not being OCD but it's confusing when a 1 hour video has a timecode of 2:02:31:59. Seems crazy to not have it start with 0 by default like the non-hours do.

Except: it is industry standard to use hour 1 to start your project (typically with an 8 second leader) to prevent "midnight" LTC crashing.
