Great video! Do you tend to see success with the fc cidal and dysbiocide for methane sibo specifically?
After trying to treat my IMO for six weeks, I started working with a functional medicine doctor who does Applied Kinesiology. She muscle tested me on multiple supplements, and I discovered that my body did not want Allicin or Berberine, which were among the ones I had been taking. Instead, I am taking Atrantil, Oregano, Ultimate IgG, Olive Leaf, Butyrate and a few others. I am amazed how much flatter my belly has become just a few days, by taking the right supplements! The muscle testing really removed the guesswork as to what supplements I needed, and is helping me get back to normal more quickly!

The one that worked for me the best was canxida. I noticed immediate benefits, no side effects, weight loss, and general well being.
Love your videos. Would you recommend a usda organic liquid version of pure oregano oil? I bought berberine and oregano oil based off prior research ive done, but not sure if liquid oregano oil will make it to the lower GI tract/ colon based off your description on how capsules are typically more resilient.

I would add Kerosene, pure gum spirits of turpentine, Methylene blue and olive leaf extract to the antimicrobial list.

Would you recommend dysbiocide+fc cidel for gram negative bacteria such as Klebsiella and enterobacteria? I read that it's useful mainly for gram positive bacteria....?
Another great video. Just wanted to say, that you are correct on the high dosage of antimicrobials being a bad idea. I did Allison Siebecker’s protocol and it completely demolished my microbiome. I ended up with issues pertaining to enterohepatic circulation which impacted my metabolism, mitochondria, methylation and nutrient reserves. It really messed me up and I’m still recovering. That was over 1 year ago. I currently have a clostridium spp. overgrowth as well as high SRB, which I think are in my small intestine, fairly proximal. Anyways, thank you for these videos. 🙏
What are you doing for the poor bile acid recycling? What bacteria got killed off that caused that?
@@firefluff1 I basically just stopped taking ox bile cold turkey and it made everything worse, but I continued to support my methylation, and microbiome and it slowly improved. Now I am completely off of ox bile and I don’t need it. I’m slowly fixing my microbiome, I’m currently working on getting rid of SIBO, which, judging by the results on my AIRE2 seems to be a mix of all 3 types of SIBO. 😭😭😭. Honestly, it’s slowly getting better but at times I feel completely and utterly hopeless that I’ll ever be free from this nightmare. I don’t know if how I’m treating myself is going to work long term, and I’m afraid that I am doing further damage to what shreds are left of my microbiome. But I don’t really have a choice at this point. Most practitioners I speak to are clueless beyond the standard SIBO case.

Completely shocked to hear about Biocidin. I really thought that was a good product when it came to antimicrobials and antibacterials. Good to know that there are other products that work better.

In this video You say that dysbiocide an fc cidal rarely cause symptoms. I’ve been taking on of each of them twice a day, and ten minutes after taking them my heart is racing! Do You know why this happens? And, should i reduce the dose or quit these supplements?

Great video! I'm curious what your thoughts are on something like GI-Microbe X by Designs for Health or SIBOtic by Priority One? With both SIBO and SIFO I'm finding 2 GI Microbe X and 2 Caprylic Acid capsules (Amy Meyers brand) 3/day before meals to be fairly helpful. Since I'm methane-dominant I'm also thinking about trying SIBOtic next since FC Cidal and Dysbiocide seem difficult to purchase if you aren't a licensed practitioner of some sort.
GI MicrobX is more of an anti-parasitic formula, so I don't use it much. It always struck me as odd that Amy Myers promotes it for SIBO.

Do you recommend taking Dysbiocide and FC-Cidal 2 capsules each, 3 times a day with food, 20 minutes before eating, or on an empty stomach before and after - so no eating 2 hours before you take them and 2 hours after you take them? Which way is more effective? And for how long do you take them - 1 month, 2 months? Thank you.

I’m wondering why you use Grapeseed extract instead of Grapefruit seed extract? I looked them both up and found that grapeseed extract isn’t very effective for SIBO
I have tried grapefruit seed extract and found it very helpful.

Great and informative video! In the study you mentioned about the FC-Cidal and Dys. I believe if its the same study I saw they mentioned the participants took the combo for 4 weeks. Do you reccomend taking it for 4 weeks or is 2 weeks good? Also how long should you wait before getting retested (Lact. breath test) after doing the combo? Any guidance is much appreciated!
I usually do 4 weeks, then wait at least 2 weeks if you're gonna retest. But honestly, I never retest for SIBO. Breath testing is so inaccurate it's bordering on useless. I'd much rather monitor symptoms and see if you actually feel better :)

What anti-microbials are best for desulfovibrio piger? Heard you mention it on the GI genova analysis video but not heard you mention it here… it is a proteobacteria species though am I right so the would first two would work for that overgrowth?
You have the best videos. They're helping me through this SIBO nightmare. I have a very nasty case of SIBO that started after 3 years of gastritis. The bloat and gas was very bad. I decided to try the silver/aloe protocol for the past 3 weeks and It has stopped the bloating completely. I take 2 tbsp of Sovereign Silver in an ounce of pure inner leaf aloe gel 4 times per day. I take mega sporebiotic at night. The problem with this is the die off is intense but it starts getting better after 2 weeks. I am also taking some supplements you recommend such as oregano and berberine. What I read is the aloe gel carries the silver deeper into the small intestine. It also kills Pylori pretty quickly.

Just an update. Most of the symptoms have stopped now. Including the constant burning, burping and pain under the ribs. Night pain is gone and I really don't need Iberogast or ginger after eating. Also, no longer have that feeling of fullness on an empty stomach. This silver/aloe thing is a godsend.

This is great information! I was diagnosed with SIBO through a GI Map, but I have no idea what kind of SIBO it is. I was given ADP. Is it a decent broad-spectrum? I don't have much bloating, but I do have lymphocytic colitis, and it is difficult to determine if it is making a difference based on symptoms.
You'll want to check out my video about diagnosing SIBO via stool testing... ua-cam.com/video/fUJhd4wBBus/v-deo.html. Hope that provides some clarity! Oh, and yes, ADP is pretty decent. Just be careful to not go hog wild with the dose.

Haha yeah I can see that. I would use a syringe to squirt it into empty cellulose capsules immediately before swallowing them. There are also some BSO gelcaps out there, but I don't recall the company that makes them.

Hi, I take 2 drops of oil of oregano each day and the results are amazing, the distention stops after 5 minutes as well as the belching. But the problem is, that my kidneys hurt ... should I continue with oregano? Has anyone also experienced this?

Thank you for this info!! Do you have sinus problems/allergies? I noticed you sound congested in several videos! I struggle with terrible congestion and constant post nasal drip that I think is related to GERD and possibly SIBO. I took rifaxmin about 5 years ago but couldn't complete the course because rifaxmin made me super irritable and depressed. Hopefully will find a solution that works soon

I've had a killing phase using FC Cidal and Dysbioside for 2 weeks a total of 2 times about 6 months apart. Both times I had great success but I didn't really make any long term changes and my symptoms returned after about a month. Is it safe for me to keep doing this? How many times can I do this before it becomes unsafe? Or is it completely safe? I really want to do another round but I'm worried I could do more harm than good.

I wish we had a chance to get tested for sibo here in the Czech Republik. In every video I hear how important it is to know exactly what's your issue. But I have nobody who could help me, my gut issues ruin my life and I am so hopeless :((

Doctor I’m taking oregano oil and im having terrible side effects to it. I have really bad acidity.

They work fine either way, but appear to be best tolerated when taken with food.
I got previously tested and came up with pathogenic overgrowth with Klebsiella P. , E Coli, and Candida and got treated(never got retested for success or failure).
Then I found out many months later after going to emergency or urgent care for serious symptoms, that my antibodies were high for H Pylori after blood testing.
So I'm waiting on results of my new test after being treated for H pylori including ADP and Bismuth which seemed to help. Then I started getting bad reflux which seems to be helped by HCL and ginger. I'm just a mess, so I have no idea what to do while I wait weeks for results. Any help would be great!
