    I have been comparing Dr's products to several other companies. Although her prices seem high at first, the ingredients are pure, and have none of the "fillers" that those of us with SIBO cannot take right now. Also, when I did find another clean supplement- the price was often higher than hers. Or, I would have to buy several to make up the ingredients in her one bottle, etc. So, I plan to purchase the SIBO protocol line, and get to healing myself! THANK YOU, Dr Rajsree!!

    Thank you for making this protocol public online. I bought your entire supplement line for treating SIBO online and getting ready to start it! I found your 4 steps straight forward and clear to follow. I am happy I can just order all of your supplement through your website instead of ordering from different doctors for different things. I have done a lot of work trying to heal my SIBO with myself and with a SIBO specialist. It's been confusing and I had given up in the past. Hopefully this time I get good results😃

    doctor do u suggest adding a probiotic supplemnt to sibo protocol. i saw ur sibo video and i remember u telling not to add until sibo is fixed. is that the same case with h pylori and no sibo. is it true that all the most h pylori cases are 100 percent associated with sibo or candida/ or h pylori infection could just be alone . in that case where h pylori is on its own and i clearly get tested negtive for sibo candida yaest infection, can i add ur probiotic 225 billion./ when according to u is the best time to add probiotic 225 billion in sever h pylori ifection igG above 200?

    • @drrajsree
      @drrajsree  6 місяців тому +22

      I don't recommend the 225 billion if there is SIBO since it has prebiotic fiber in it. The Spore Probiotic, Probiotic 100 or S. boulardii are all fine with SIBO. The S. boulardii also helps with the Candida/ yeast.

    I have SIBO HS. It seems that a low sulphur diet worked better than the Low Fodmap Diet. We had grilled shrimp one night and it caused a full blown SIBO attack which seems a little more severe than the symptoms I see attributed to SIDO HS (in my case I empty out completely in about an hour or two, the contents of which has a strong H2S odor) followed by weakness & flu like symptomms. It is hard to find out much about SIBO HS; it would be great if you could do a video specifically on it. On another note, I tried your Berberine, Oregano Oil and Allicidin for my SIBO and I have to say I've had more success than with any other course of treatment EVER, and it has given me renewed hope for quality of life. I cannot thank you enough.

    Once again quality content - not only do you explain the underlying concepts very well but you also lay out an actionable plan that most doctors fail to do.
    I will give this a shot and see how things go. I am a little worried though because some of the things I have already been doing for a while (magnesium in the evening, intermittent fasting 16-20 hours per day, pretty much no sugars and carbs, no gluten, no soy, no dairy except low fodmap cheese, no fruits except small amounts of rasberries (low fodmap). There is little left to eat for me now that I am also cutting out more veggies and lectins.
    From recent observations, I tend to get bloated the most 30-90mins after my dinner which is pretty much 100g of different nuts like macadamia, walnut, pecan, brazil nut,10-15g of raw cacao nibs and 50g of rasberries. I drink 30g of collagen powder with 3g of creatine mixed in water along with it. I have tried to leave out some components once in a while to check if a particular one is causing trouble with little success. I am curious whether the phytic acid load is too high. Any idea on what is going on here?

Doctors don’t seem to care to devote much though to me. After countless hours of my own research & documenting, I think I have sibo going on, but can’t seem to find a doctor who knows what it is or how to treat it, so they dismiss it. Hi Doctor,
    Noticed rosacea on my cheeks for past two years. (Allergy testing normal).
    This year it got much worse with new warmth and redness of cheeks after using 2-3 months of antibiotics for rosacea and a PPI for GERD. Tested Positive for combined methane and hydrogen SIBO.
    Great videos on HI/ SIBO / Leaky gut and thinking this is SIBO causing the cheek flushing or the dysbiosis / leaky gut/ SIBO combo causing flushing ( HI) despite eating low histamine foods. Really the only GI issue is mild bloating.
    Two questions:
    -Would I use the same SIBO protocol you outlined? Or do I need to add DAO enzyme/ L - glutamine or make any changes to the SIBO protocol?
    -I am a vegetarian-would I eat a low Fodmap / lectin diet alone or in combo with low histamine diet ?

    • @drrajsree
      @drrajsree  Рік тому +8

      Yes you are welcome to try our SIBO protocol for your hydrogen/ methane SIBO. If your only symptom is mild bloating, the digestive enzyme Pro should suffice (I don't think you need additional DAO). L-Glutamine is optional but helps if there is any inflammation (leaky gut). The low histamine diet is very restrictive. Only follow that if you feel is helps you. Otherwise for SIBO just follow low FODMAP/low lectin.

I was sick all last year with what seems to have been a UC flare up but was being made worse by a an E. coli infection that was diagnosed much later after starting the flare. Finally got over that earlier this year but now I’ve been having all the symptoms of SIBO. It possible what I’m feeling is also related to my UC but it feels different and I’m having so much bloating and stomach upset after meals, even “healthy” ones, which I don’t usually experience with my UC. I even wonder if I’ve been dealing with SIBO off and on through the years now that I’m really looking into it. I’d love to do a breath test but I don’t have an appt with a GI doc until September and even then I’m not sure if they’ll know about any of this. So thank you for your work!

So that’s already a positive sign.

      Western medicine doctors won’t know anything about it. Been there done this. You have to take it into your own hands and follow her protocol and do the work. Western medicine Doctors have put me drugs to just mask the problem. Two of them were making matters worse or could’ve actually caused a problem!

New lactulose test tells me that Methane Sibo has gone from 30 ppm to being under 10 ppm, which is great. Congrats on the improvement in your SIBO based on the repeat breath test. My guess is you may have low stomach acid/ enzymes that is causing poor food toleration. Be sure to keep up the Digestive Enzymes and Betaine and Pepsin after meals to better break down food. Experiment with the dose and increase it to see if it helps.

    If I eat any carbs or sugar on an empty stomach, I immediately get massive amounts of gas, there's no delay. That tells me the gas is coming from my small intestine, not my colon, and that seems to indicate SIBO. I also changed my probiotic during my omeprazole phase which caused me to notice fungi in my stools. My gut microbiome is all over the place and I need balance.

    I worked with a functional medicine specialist on SIBO. I got some relief after a 6 week course of herbal antibiotics. It came back of course because of non-compliance. The FODMAP diet was completely overwhelming to me, especially since I have other factors like no gallbladder and congenital issues with the colon. I know I need to take care of this problem but information overload always puts me in permanent deer in headlights mode and I just kick the can down the road.

      I'm sorry to hear this. Sometimes thinking of it as the paleo diet (without garlic, onions, and fruit) simplifies it. I find that if people stick to paleo, it's generally SIBO friendly and does reduce symptoms. Those who are less strict can still see improvement but may require a longer course of herbal antimicrobials (like 3 months).

    I had a SIBO flare-up that I believe was caused from mouthwash.
    I did a SIBO protocol a while back and It improved a lot. Then I came across the oral health protocol by "Dr. Ellie". After a couple of months of using the prescribed mouthwashes my peripheral neuropathy symptoms got worse; tingling in extremities. I learned from the "Nerve Doctors" that two of the mouthwashes contain nerve affecting chemicals that can also lead to gut problems. Well, mine and my wife's SIBO symptoms also got worse with the mouthwashes.
    I remember the last time I did a SIBO protocol I would feel nerve tingling in my gut at night; much like I feel in my extremities. I interpreted it as nerve regeneration and healing. I suspect that my gut nerves had been damaged by medications in the past. This would explain inconsistent motility, head fog and other symptoms throughout life. I believe the last time I did the SIBO protocol this was improving.
    However, I believe the mouthwash protocol set me back. My nerves, motility and SIBO symptoms are worse. I'll have to do the SIBO protocol again.

    Finally a video that makes sense to me. ❣
    I've been suffering from methane SIBO since late 2019, my worst symptom being heart palpitations from the amount of bloating; I've been to various doctors and none of them were able to come up with a logical plan on how to defeat this. Some of them prescribed me only antibiotics without saying a thing about motility or preventing relapse or even combining them with other herbs for better success against methane, others prescribed me only sporebiotics (60 billion / pill - scary) + atrantil and a prokinetic drug. (no herbs at all , atrantil isn't doing anything at all)
    I managed to have daily BMs from taking magnesium citrate + a supplement with ginger and artichoke, sadly the bloating is still there and my current diet could also be a cause to my shame.
    Regarding the killing phase I really don't know which path I should take and I feel I can't cope no more. I personally thought of doing the last treatment plan that was prescribed to me Rifaximin (200mg breakfast and 200mg dinner) + Allicin (180mg taken at the same time with rifax) + PHGG; (allicin and phgg were added by me) - and then , after the killing phase, biogaia protectis - first week, Lactobacillus rhamnousus GG - second week and Lactobacillus plantarum 299v for the third week.
    Can you give me your honest opinion on this treatment plan? Should I try it , should I try something else? It's better to use sporebiotics with herbs ? But I can't wait anymore.
    Thank you!

I believe the fatsing, cleansing and toxic contrast from ct scan killed my bacteria. I felt a million times better from the diagnostic procesure alone. Pretty sure a serious cleanse and fast and perhaps adopting carnivore diet for a period after makes a good protocol.
