📌 HOW MANY CALORIES do you burn during this one?
: The number of calories burned during a 10 minute home workout can vary based on factors like your weight, intensity of exercises, and specific exercises performed. On average, a moderate- intensity workout may burn around 50 - 150 calories in 10 minutes.
★How many times per week can you workout?
I recommend you do Three or Four times a week ( Ideal ).
But, if you're time constraints, you can do twice a week:)
Make sure to allow your body recovered as well:)

▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( HEALTHY EATING DOESN'T MEAN GOING HUNGRY)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4) Protein to build muscles and organs
5 )Love yourself

this workout works so much. I’ve been doing this for more than two months and my arms are much slimmer and toned. I’ve lost between 5 cm of my arm fat and I’m so happy! this workout also helped to make my back more slimmer and my clavicle more sample.

@@marnirye Yes, I did diet, but my diet was eat 4 meals per day, eat more healthy foods, drink more than 1L of water and sleep well. This helped me to lose 4kg in 2 months, make my whole body slimmer and toner and it also helped my health and skin. Please don’t do crazy diets, this won’t help you. Our body needs a lot of proteins and vitamins to break fat cells! Tbh, I just started to have a slim body and lose weight when I started to eat more.

Hi! I started this workout last week and decided to bring updates to motivate myself too. I plan to do this workout once a week, along with a few others.
Day 1: ✅️ - wow that burns!!!
Day 2: ✅️ - I don't know if it's all in my head, but it seems like I can already see my arms being subtly more defined.
Day 3: ✅️ - I just got out of dance class and came to do the workout, it seemed to be easier today
Day 4: ❌️ - I got sick and had a blood test this week, so I wasn't able to do the workout

her 10 min workout is really good and suitable for beginners! it only takes 10 mins of ur day and in my experience it helped me lose about 10 pounds in a month and a half

I have the same problem as you had (generally skinny complection but with belly fat) and also I've had a wrist injury so I can't put my weight on it. I was wondering, it seems that the most effective exercises you've shown include putting weight on wrists, though I've seen some of your all standing abs routines. Could you please advise if those would also be helpfull to fight belly fat? Or maybe there is some way to modify such exercises to avoid bearing weight on the wrists?

Most of Shirlyn Pilates workouts to slim your belly and also waist do not include putting weight on your wrists, you do most of the exercises lying down, and those really helped me for my belly so I hope it does for you!

Pls is it okay to work on different parts of your body at the same time and everyday? Pls someone reply me🙏
You can work different parts of your body on the same day, but make sure to give yourself some rest days! For example you can do abs and arms on the same day, but only do abs and arms 3 days a week, and then 3 days a week do legs and use Sunday as a rest day for your whole body! This is just one example of a routine, you can personalize your plan to best fit your goals and activity level. Just remember, rest days are important to muscle growth and will help prevent injuries and strains! Hope this helps!
