I personally would have shelled the pistachios or bought them shelled. A huge budget saver for me is Dollar Tree. I don’t know if you have them but you can find nuts, crunchy snack bits, dried fruits and chocolates for your boards. Plus cute ramekins as well. I’ve lucked up and found individual boards there for dinner parties and just a great place for saving for a small business. Beautiful boards.
I love that tray! I’m just starting to get into making charcuterie boards so I only have a round wooden board and a rectangle wooden board, but I would love to find one like that one!

I didn't for this video, but if I were putting in on a customers board (which I typically don't) I would probably use a bit of Lemon juice.
I like to cut smaller three grape bunches all over the board so no one walks off with the whole bunch!
