One of the best DIY vids I've ever seen -- on any subject. Simple, step-by-step, multiple shots/angles, so the viewer fully understands what parts and tabs go where. The most inexperienced newbie could follow this. Kudos, my man.
daaamn these instructions are clearer than those who speak while tweaking anything.By far the clearest visual I got, planning to change my visor this weekend this is great.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. No self promoting waffle, clear indicating where there might be a problem, i.e. broken plastic tabs, and slow, multi-angle shots of what you're doing. Brilliant! I'm sometimes accused of being like a six year old. If I were, I'd STILL be able to follow your instructions and complete the job. Once again, thank you.
Another salute for one of the clearest tutorials I've seen. I just bought a brand new 2020 and rode it home. I really, really need to put a proper windshield on it.
Update: I reviewed this video so I could remove the cover and examine the mounting bolts. My Givi just arrived today. It's an exact fit for the Honda PCX, so I'm just waiting for the adapter brackets so I can install it. Why do I need adapter brackets if it's an exact fit? I need to talk to Givi about the way we use words in English.
@@MitchsScooterStuff I'm not sure about that either, but with the brackets the windshield goes on perfectly. I don't know why they didn't design it to just bolt directly in place of the original screen. The finished screen comes just below eye level and the turbulence pushes my back at 50mph, so I might cut the top down and set the cut-off lower and slightly ahead of the main body to fill in the turbulence below the top. That's worked well on the extension I made for my Burgman.
I love watching your very detailed videos.Would enjoy seeing how YOU would go about adjusting the valves on a PCX. Any shortcuts? Is it even neede in most cases?
Thank you Mitch for making these videos! I know this is a more recent model of PCX with integrated signal lights. But my 2011 PCX125 scooter fell over during a storm and the right signal broke and the right brake handle bent. I can't figure out how to take the fairing off to get to the signal light to replace. I need help :(
Many thanks to you Mitch from Australia ( The land down under ). Your videos have help me lots with the 2007 Burgman 400 I just recently bought. I do however have one question concerning headlight, normal beam and high beam. One side has low beam while the other side has high beam. Is there a way in which I can have the high and low beams on both left and right side of the headlights without them swapping sides?
in the 2024 pcx i heard there is some kind of outlet to connect something behind the stock windshield, i want to stick a GPS module with a usb-c charger but i dont know whats on the other side to plug in, do i need those old style connectors like for 12v to the battery or how can i get a charge going? also does the power turn off when the ignition is off or does it stay on all the time and i should install a charger with a kill switch? tia

If you've done those things. Check valve clearances. If they need doing that's most likely the issue. Or you could have a crack in the inlet manifold.
