I just finished installing my Honda windshield after watching your video numerous times over the past several months. It took me almost an hour to do. Oh yeah, removing the V-sleeve from the bike and installing the nuts and bolts to hold the windshield was cumbersome, but not impossible to do, thanks to your video. I too did not need to relocate my mirrors. Absolutely super tutorial video. Many thanks.
@@MacrossGarage I absolutely agree. I took photos of my bike and showed them to friends at work and they all told me the bike looks so much better with the new windshield. Already took it out for a test ride. Perfect. I love how it looks now. Again, many thanks.
What did you see in Honda screen, that had you choose it over Puig, National Cycle & Givi? I have '23 PCX and I'm going Puig I believe. Maybe Givi. But the reason I did not pick Honda Accessories screen, is those metal brackets. I like the way the others uses Original Equipment mounting system.
@@MacrossGarage I understand. Switch on left brake lever, is really only for light on? This switch usually turn brake on, very useful thing and I need it for my PCX.
can you please tell me what kind of connector is behind that windscreen? I heard its for honda OEM heated grips, but what type of adapter do i need or how can i connect it to a usb-c cable? i want to hide a small gps module and it needs charging, i dont want to use the glovebox because it doesnt lock, underseat is also easy to break into, but behind windshield/bodypanel its harder to check. What type of cable do i need to buy so it fits whatever type of plug is in there? thanks
@@MacrossGarage Thanks for the answer. Intersting to now .. i bought the one from Puig and i have heavy turbulence around the helm and at top speed my jacket lifts up.
I just bought a 2023 honda pcx 150 and i really want to install this exact oem windshield, but i cant seem to find it anywhere. Can you direct me in the right direction?
Iam in the United States. I am surprised how many parking brake comments I get. I didn’t know other countries don’t have it. I suppose you can buy the part from an American dealer and ship it.
@@MacrossGarage hey thank you for reply. yes as far as i know the parking brake is only fitted in Thailand and the us market.i will order the parts in the future because its such a super useful add on... especially here where we have a lot of up and downhill stops 🙂

Great video, very helpful for installing the Honda windscreen, I also did not need to relocate my mirrors. Thank you!
Glad it helped
@@MacrossGarageCan you please let on to some USA customers know, PUIG brand screens for '21-24 PCX USA, require zero brackets to install

I tend to go Honda first because of the looks. The other ones had some weird curves to me.
Thanks for the video. Thinking about buying for myself. Does it do a good job of keeping the wind off your hands?
Yes it’s works very well.
Thanks for the video man!
Thanks for watching!
If you purchase the Puig brand Wind screen they bolt up exactly like factory. No brackets🙂
Good to know thanks.
Useful video. How to google switch for parking brake (rear) in the video?
The switch that is press to activate the rear break light?

I don’t remember seeing a connector there. I didn’t try to look.
Do you have turbulences around your helm with the screen ? thanks
When it’s really windy yes I feel some. But most of the time I don’t feel any turbulence.
@@MacrossGarage Thanks for the answer. Intersting to now .. i bought the one from Puig and i have heavy turbulence around the helm and at top speed my jacket lifts up.
That’s odd, the Puig screen looks big enough to me.
@@MacrossGarage if I make me small and sit a little forward then it is better but yeahh.. I think i need a Forza xD have a nice day :)
Does this windshield block the incoming air to the chest area only or to face area as well ?
Depends on your height but it blocks head and chest for me.
@MacrossGarage hey I am 5 ft 7inch height, will it help, thanks?
Yes it should.
Will this windshield fit the 2019 pcx? I have the same trunk as yours installed just wondering if this Honda shield will fit.
I had a wind screen on my 2018 but it wasn’t Honda. I am not %100 sure but I would say probably not. I would check but I no longer have my 2018.
Hey I bought 2 nd hand Honda windshield and I am looking for the kit to setup (screws and the 2 plates) do you know where I could buy them ?
Thanks
I don’t think Honda sells them separate. You may want to check eBay
I just bought a 2023 honda pcx 150 and i really want to install this exact oem windshield, but i cant seem to find it anywhere.
Can you direct me in the right direction?
You can order it at the parts department at the Honda dealer. Or go to the website I linked in the description.
The rep told me all 21-24 PCX (USA) are all the same. So even though most web sites don't list '23-24, it works. 21-24 is 3rd generation
@@1972mercurycougarthanks for the update.
Thank you for your informative video. Does it help with top speed/fuel economy/headwind?
I put it on at 100 miles so I can’t really compare my mpg, especially because it’s not broken in yet. I can report my mpg later down the road.
