      just had my ads account banned after having my best sales day ever yersterday, but i appealed and it been reinstated today thank god!

      Policy
      Ads must not promote products, services, schemes or offers using deceptive or misleading practices, including those meant to scam people out of money or personal information.
      Examples
      Ads that link to websites that offer free trials for new customers that sign up for a service
      Ads that link directly to official visa websites or websites that inform users about visa requirements without promising any outcome
      Ads promoting background checks that claim to sell access to personal information
      Ads that promote products or services that claim to boost Facebook or Instagram likes or followers
      Ads that promote schemes or services that claim to guarantee a visa without any requirements
      Ads that feature a picture of a public figure to mislead users into buying a scam product
      any idea how i can avoid this again?! they never even mentioned what i did to trigger this..im seeing facebook vids sayin to create multiple ad accounts to avoid been wrecked like this

      @@alaskanmalamute101 it sounds like you may not have done anything to deserve the ad account ban if they reinstated it so quickly. Unfortunately these things happen if you don't have tens of thousands of ad spend in an account.
      I would go back through the Facebook Advertiser policies and make absolutely sure that you aren't breaching them or coming close to it. Setting up additional ad accounts is probably a good idea as well - just in case.

    Hey Ben can you do a video on landing pages. I’ve watched the lead magnet but not every one has a two stop process. Stuff like free consultation or straight buying something online.

    We actually found that quality increased with lead gen but we did add pre-qualifying questions on the lead form landing page. The main problem our client had was downloading all the leads as they couldn't manage to intergrate with their CRM system

    Hey Ben. Please give me advice in 2023.
    I have 2 options.
    1. Run messenger ads with engagement goal to generate leads (at the end I send customer to calendly to book appointment)
    2. Run Facebook Form Ads with lead conversion goal. (I can use calendly booked call as conversion event)
    What would be better, or any advice on it? Thank you

    Hi Ben! Hope you're doing great! I was just wondering: if one is running one lead campaign and one conversion and there is audience overlap, would they conflict with each other? Ages ago an fb marketing expert told me they wouldn't because each campaign is optimizing for a different goal but ever since i have started a lead campaign, the cost per conversion in the conversion campaign has multiplied by 5 :/

      You can integrate all sorts of CRMs with lead gen campaigns. I'd check out Facebook support docs on it :)

    Hey Ben, how about Conversions objective > Messenger destination > optimised for leads? I’m in the UK so looking to get similar results to messenger ads pre EU limitations. To be clear when someone opens up the message I have ‘frequently asked questions’ which when clicked trigger the ‘lead’ event via CAPI. Please let me know what you think! Thanks!

    Question: Since you mentioned that you recommend trying both lead and conversion optimization on a campaign, can I have the both running at the same time with the same audience? Like will it be delivered on different audience/people? Like will it not fight each other, say it's on AUCTION, both campaigns?

      Yes you can do that Carlos and we often do - you will get a good amount of audience overlap but that's fine - finding out the answer to this question is more important.

    Thanks again for the straight forward information as usual! I’ve got another question about setting up campaigns at the ad level or adding in new ads. I tried to word this as best I could... If you have 9:16 aspect ratio creatives meant only for stories, assuming your adset is auto/broad placement, do you put the story creative in one of your ads that contains a different creative meant for feeds, but select to use the specific story creative for stories. Or would you put it in its entirely own ad? Or something else? I’m just trying to figure out the most efficient & effective way to do it. Much appreciated, regardless of whether you see this or not lol. Also, I signed up for the webinar.

      Hi Elijah, great question. If the ad has the same content (same video, image, etc. but in a different aspect ratio) then I would just customize the creative by placement. If the content of the ad is substantially different, I would use a separate ad and just target stories placements.

      Ben Heath Ok thanks Ben! I’m not finding a way to only target stories or unselect the other placements at the ad level, so I’m guessing I need to create a separate adset that only targets stories for story ads that don’t have a similar feed ad?

    good video ben. if i use conversions and exhaust my audience then will starting a new campaign with lead generation objective open me up to new potential customers that wouldnt otherwise be in the conversions bucket? does facebook put people from the "conversions bucket" into the lead generation one aswell so there will still be overlap?

      Yes there will be quite a lot of overlap there I would have thought. What you are suggesting may work to some extent. But I think you would be better off sticking with conversions (assuming that delivers the best results for you) and refreshing ad creative regularly as opposed to changing campaign type.

    Thanks Ben. Can you please share what does it cost per lead in $? I want to target specific addresses but also have a minimum budget of $200/month. I tried running an ad in specific counties in USA but only got 1 lead in $10. Also, How can i get quality leads through conversion ad if im providing a service and not selling a product?

      That completely depends on what your advertising I'm afraid and how good your campaigns are.

    Hi Ben, thanks for your response earlier. For leads generation and traffics ads, it seems to me that FB just creates a seperate ad from your IG post? That means that the likes would not be transfered down to the post? Am I right with the statement above? Thanks!

      Hi Dilon, that depends if you use existing post or create a new ad within ads manager. If you use existing post then you should see the social proof translate across.

      They tend to be more hit and miss. You can certainly give them a go though - with the right set up they can work very well.

    Thanks Ben! Does the lead form auto-populate even the phone number and email as well? We are facing issues with the leads that the phone numbers are not correct. Also, the ads are now in the "Learning Limited" phase. After studying a couple of videos and articles it recommends not touching the ads now. What do you suggest?

      Yes Facebook will do where it can.
      That's right, I'd give them more time before making adjustments.

    Hello, i do instagram story ads and I have a problem, lets say I dont advertise for 10 days, then I make 3 of my best ads active and I gain a nice amount of followers. Next day it slows down prob due to ad fatigue. What do i do after that to get the same results I always get , because after that all my other ads perform really bad with same strategy and all.

      If you're campaign only works for 3 days then something isn't right. It could be that your audiences are too small? Or you need to change your ad creative.

      This exact same thing happens to me with facebook ads (messaging objective). If the campaign has been off for a few days then i switch it on it results are amazing, then over coming days slowly dwindles to almost nothing. Switch it off and then on a few days later back on and then its the same all over again. Very frustrating!

      @@sophiesutton9136 I would try leaving your campaign on for longer, opening up your targeting options a bit and making sure you have a range of ad creative live in your campaign. That should help stabilize your results.

    Hey, Ben Great stuff!
    Just one question.
    I agreed that it is always better to run both the campaigns and see which one works best (in case not sure). However, I spoke to a Facebook agent 2 days back, and she told me that it is not a good practise to run these 2 campaigns simultaneously as the audience might overlap, and we might not get good results. Therefore, I decided to take down one of the campaigns.
    Now, I am a bit confused about which one is the right way to follow.
    It would be great if you could throw some light on this.

      I try to create a wide range of videos. Some are relatively top level and give people strategic direction and reasons for taking certain approaches. Others are much more in-depth. I have plenty of 30-min+ videos and some that are more than an hour long if you want to go really deep.
