Hi Ben! Massive thanks for the value here! I incredibly appreciate your work and way of explaining 😊.
Hi have come across with an example of the tip 6 (make offers that are atrractive to a large percentage of people).
    - Make offers that are attractive to a higher percentage of the audience. For example, if with the purchase of a product X that is related to fishing, we give away a product Y, make the product that we give away not something super specific to fishing. Give away a product that is good for fishing but that is also good for other things and that, therefore, is attractive to a greater percentage of the audience.
Is this a great example Ben? Or I didn't understand it?
    Thanks!!

In your Ad Sets (when you have enough conversions), do you ever stop testing interests and just have Lookalike and Warm audiences?
Also, I was wondering whether to try 1-2%, 2-3% etc LAA's in the UK - or 1% LAA's in different countries where I may have a market?

In regards to changing ads do you suggest just adding it to the campaign and then turning the other ones off? I'm talking about for a retargeting campaign with an audience that is only say 7k. Or do you suggest creating a new campaign? IS there a way that I can have 5 different ads that show alternatively to the same audience rather than facebook deciding which is best?

    Hi Ben!
I do have a question about weekly analysis. Let's say you have a budget of 4USD a day. The break even point is 16USD. So let's say you've ran the campaign for 4 days, after those 4 days you already reached your break even point and you would have to wait until the 7th day to kill that ad set? How I normally work with new campaigns/new products is 5USD a day and if a ad set doesn't convert at the break even point, I kill the ad set. This has worked well for me these last two years.
And lastly, when you want to battle ad fatique, is it wise to put the new creatives (text, photos) in exisiting creative? Or 'shut down' the existing creatives and add new creatives into the ad set? What I mean by this is let's say you have an ad set with creative A, B, C..do you add new creatives in creative A, B, C or do you shut down those three and make new creatives D, E, F in there?
    Thanks in advance!

Hi Ben thanks for the video. One of the things I'd like to know is when you're adding new creative to test against do you create a new adset with new creative or do you just add those into the current adsets? Main reason I ask is that if you change an adset that has exited the learning phase with new creative it enters learning again. Wondering how your team handles this for best practices. Thanks.

Hi Ben, I've watched your video talking about starting ad budget. For a new e-commerce brand running it's first ads, what would you recommend spending? I have estimated $100 a day (10 per adset), would you let this run for 1 week and then assess or would you assess this earlier then 1 week.

    Hey Ben!
Thank you for this valuable video. Also love your UA-cam upload consistency by the way, haha.
However, I do have some questions regarding some points:
1.Taking a look at a longer time frame: I also have noticed that it's a lot better to evaluate my results on a 4-7 day basis. Nevertheless, I sometimes do come into a dilemma that is as followed. Let's say an ad set is spending 150€ per day and has exited the learning phase successfully. Now you take a look at the performance from the last 7 days at you see that the ad set is pretty much break even with a ROAS of about 1.6. Normally you should kill this ad set, but what would you say if the ad set lifetime ROAS is at an about 2.2 which pretty profitable. Would you say no and kill it due to decreasing performance or would leave it running?
    5. Experimenting with your offers: This is a decent argument that I have never heard before. So, my questions is what are your thoughts on generic 50% off offers? I have talked with a lot of people about this and more and more people are starting to not even portray the product as special offer anymore and just go with a normal product price that is not discounted or whatsoever. Mostly the argument that I have heard is that those offers like "Buy X and get Y" or "75% off" were heavily used by scammers or bad companies advertising on Facebook and therefore those extreme offers apparently tend to have a bad rep now. And in the meanwhile, big brands that are mainly built on social media: like HiSmile, Snow or anything along those line do not try to incentivize their target market with huge discounts.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you and I'm ampted about hearing your two cents on this. I'm currently spending not too much money on Facebook. Just around 1000€ per day, however your videos give me a lot of great insight into how I can improve my results and build a stable flow of traffic and income for my e-commerce brand.

    • @victoradolph
      @victoradolph 3 роки тому

Additionally to this... I recently had issues with my Facebook customer feedback score due to COVID-19 delays. This caused my page o be banned from advertising. I appealed the decision and it was granted. Afterwards it was penalized for two weeks. Now it is displaying "collecting signal" and not giving me any ranking at all. In the meantime my ads performance has been steadily decreasing for the past month, since all that happened.
Due to threatening unprofitability I paused some ads that were only slightly profitable. The ads that I paused were mostly ads that have been running on a relatively big budget, between 100-200€ per day per ad set and most of them had already made between 100-200 purchases. So they learnt a lot already and had already exited the learning phase.
Now I'm kind of in a dilemma situation: I know that a bad feedback score can heavily influence your ads performance, however since I do not have a bad ranking on my page this should technically not be the case, isn't it? Since my performance has steadily been decreasing I now do not know whether the killing of the stable ad sets is the reason or the questionable page score.
What are your thoughts this? do you think I should adjust my creatives and sales page and slightly re-brand my page or should I just stay with my current page and build momentum and thing will come back to normal.
I would highly appreciate your knowledge on this, since I'm really struggling with this atm.
      -Thanks in advance

Every-week my ads are being duplicated from the previous ad which I’m concerned because I am loosing all the social proof each time it starts over.. I do t understand why the ad have to be duplicated even when it’s performing good.. Why can’t it just be edited over duplicated ? Either way if it’s changed it will go back through learning phase so why not edit and keep the social proof ? Do that make sense or no

I just started running my conversions campaign with a small budget of $10/day. There's no engagements on the ads currently. Is that hurting my conversion results? • @BenHeath
