【My Mom's Brown Sugar ManTou】Add these 2 ingredients to get the smooth and soft texture!

- Brown sugar mantou is one of my favourite buns and they are surprisingly technical, but at last, I learned my mom's secret to the fluffiest, softest mantou!
Top 3 tips-
1. Baking powder for softness, corn starch for smoothness
2. Double proofing and double kneading for gluten development
3. Steaming from cold until boiling then turn immediately down to small steam and steam for exactly 8 minutes and then DON"T open the lid and let it sit for 5 minutes on the stove.

Ingredients
2.5 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of corn starch
1/2 tsp active yeast
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Chinese brown sugar
