    10% body fat with NO Muscle Loss
    Vo2 Max - 50 (Elite Level for my Age)
    Hike / Run Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim at least 1 time.
    50 Pull-Ups in 1 set
    Fix Nerd Neck
    Biological Age 39 (As measured by Blood test with Inside Tracker)
    Become a Certified Health Coach

    Can you get an exercise bike to maintain or improve your vo2 max would the bike impact your recovery ? Anyway good luck with everything.

      Thanks! I've tried the stationary bike at the gym and the elliptical machine. Oddly the bike hurt my foot a bit. The dr said only ride the bike if you're not using the ball of your foot on the pedal... tried that and it was a bit awkward. He warned me to only use the elliptical if I'm not raising my heal. I think I can do that. I have a rowing machine which may be the answer. Thanks again.

    Give up running , rowing is way better, and more social
