Ciao. Niente di troppo complicato: Cilindro rifinito togliendo dai travasi i gradini di fusione e le bave. Tutte le superfici dei travasi devono rimanere finemente ruvide (non lucidare a specchio). Lamelle Adige a 2 petali le più rigide a catalogo. La chicca è lo scarico Giannelli sport pro dell'epoca che oggi è difficile da trovare, ma puoi optare per una jolly. Il terminale è un C35 Acrbis anch'esso non in produzione comunque ciò che conta è la forma. Per l'allungo il terminale non deve essere corto ed il tubo di scarico non troppo grande vedi sempre la Jolly. La rave deve essere regolata perfettamente: da aperta deve essere perfettamente allineata alla parete dello scarico (da evitare i gradini se troppo aperta o non completamente aperta).

Io dovendo rifare il blocco (non potendo recuperare il cilindro) della mia volevo provare per curiosità il 140 Italkit con pistone monofascia, relativa testa dedicata e biella.. sai dirmi qualcosa a riguardo? Potrebbe essere un alternativa valida non volendo comprare un cilindro 125 e poi farlo lavorare?

Ciao. la carena è da pista quindi senza attacchi e fori per i fari in VTR. L'ho modificata installando il faro. Perfarlo devi avere dimestichezza con la VTR. Ti consiglio di smanettare sul web: ebay, seconda mano, subito ecc. comunque ci sono un sacco di costruttori di carene after market e chi le vende usate.

Ciao, grazie. La moto ha l'espansione Giannelli trofeo '93 che oltre ad essere ormai introvabile per me perfetta per questo motore infatti riprende pulita in sesta da bassi giri senza esitazioni. Il pistone è monofascia, il cilindro non ha subito particolari lavorazioni ma all'ultimo cambio pistone sono stati tolti tutti i gradini e le imperfezioni di fusione. Lamelle aprilia racing in carbonio (le più rigide disponibili). Nel video raggiungo i 180 km/h indicati ma tieni presente che non mi potevo abbassare bene a causa della go pro inoltre c'era traffico e servirebbe un rettilineo un po più lungo. La V max è 192 kmh indicati. certamente il tachimetro ha uno scarto attorno ai 10 km/h però sinceramente 200 indicati sono tantissimo per un motore originale. La futura è veramente bellissima infatti dopo 27 anni non esiste nulla di simile sul mercato. Tienitela stretta! Ciao e complimenti.

Ciao, i rapporti sono originali: Z16 Z39. La GoPro installata sul serbatoio non mi permetteva di abbassarmi bene in carena se no raggiunge i 190-191 km/h a 12600 rpm.
Anche la mia replica 89 tempo fa l'ago si è fermato sui 200 ma ci credo poco che erano effettivi il mio 123 monta una termica 362 che è una delle più tranquille figurati se veramente era a 200...ci vuole una tirata con il gps ahah

Mike Neave im sorry kiddo but I work in super teens and Isle of Man engines for Honda and Aprilia, and the fastest a Aprilia I have seen go is 120mph with 6700 pound spent on the engine and a Honda rs 125 at 127mph with the same amount of money, sorry to spoil ur dream kiddo, also a aprilia rs4 125 will not pass 90mph no matter how much you spend on it it’s a learner bike kiddo
@@thesweeneyboys2974 well 120 is not bad but there is still some more top speed to be had out of that and 6700 is not bad for custom work when I got my 2 stroke rs 125 it was hitting 120 mark and I done some extra work on it to get that extra 10 mph its just what you know about what you do I guess and it seems that you still have some training to do then Kiddo as you must be letting some simple old skool tricks on how to make more top speed in a simple way but you work it out as im not going to tell you how I do my custom work and what I know but I will say this the 2 little mods I did will make you feel stupid just think old skool thoughts and what will help ride on a push bike when you think about it and im sure one of the 2 jobs will come to your mind as that's something I figured out when I was a kid enjoy your thoughts on this matter as im not bothered about what you know its what I know about what I do I care about enjoy your needed further training on building a fast bike take care Kiddo
building up my 1998 RS Extrema with an 140cc Italkit with 1 Ring Asso Piston, Jolly Corsa Exhaust, 34er Dellorto, Raid HP Air Filter (Opel Manta) , Carbon Reeds and Custom Made and better made Rave 2 than the Original one (All CNC and better Adjustable than the plastic one) actually its running a bit over 180 (without the Rave 2 and an Arrow instead of the Jolly) But i have a second Rotax here and im also Interested in your setup, would be nice if u could send me an Message with an List of ur parts and what u have portet or maybe u have a Charmo cylinder? wich Carburator are you using and wich Jets you have choosen. I Know , that are many Questions, but would be nice to get more informations. im not only working on Rotax motorcycles, also Honda NSR JC20/JC22/JD00 and Cagiva Mito's aswell. But its my third time building up an Rotax as an Racing graded bike. Thank you.
xD Nope, next setup will be with 38 Smartcarb SC2 ;) And the old setup got already dumped like 2 times. Last setup kicked 185 kph with self created 144cc cylinder with steel barrel instead of nicasil. Custom 2 Ring Piston from Italkit. Custom Head. Italkit Prisma Reeds, Italkit Rave, Jolly Corsa and alot of more stuff. Yeah, tuning the aprilia for like 5-10hp more is absolute waste of money XD but yeah "Spaß kostet"
for max competion: AF1 SportPro 91-92, it´s 15-20kg lighter same rotax 123, 34Dellorto. 1999 i had en RS 125 Extrema, a nice bike. 2000 i buy a AF1 SportPro for 400 Euro. the best 400 euro i ever spend!!! I think personaly the AF1 is the better bike even 2 year older. Better handling, very nice rear/font suspention and crazy feedback from the road!! its a tine bit better than the RS. What do you thing? Have you ever checkt the 140cc Zylinder kit? I had in main rs the Polini 154cc Kit, from 4-8000U/min was it a bit better than the original zylinder but over 10000U/min the power goes down!! The standart zylinder has a power band from 8000-12000U/min the polini from 7500-10000/10250U/min!

that speedo is lying more than 40 +km/h ... i mean i'm not jealous .. but as a person that rode 2 stroke bikes for his entire life since age 7, i can tell you that, that bikes speedo is broken 1000% ... i would be delited if i was wrong but i'm not. that bike can do max 170kmh and in a really long strech of road.. like 2 kilometers without alot of wind..
