Hello Pochi, i have a question. what mainjet do you use in your carb. i have also a Aprilia Racebike projekt and want to use a 36mm Mikuni and an Jolly Moto Corsa exhaust. what do you think is the right mainjet for this Setup?

Hi, I have not compared the adige reed valve kit and italkit valve yet. It is interesting that the adige reed valve can adjust the mounting position. I may be wrong but I think that it has the same effect as changing the reeds thickness.

Pochi why you not use ignition from special engine like yamaha YZ125 or suzuki RM125, kawasaki KX125 etc etc. i thing that's make very easy to make a high rev, because the magneto its very strong. i used them for my Underbone (fully tune up class for road race) Suzuki Satria 120cc (indonesia) or suzuki rg-sport (famous in malaysia)
Pochi fullset (what i use on my underbone race bike is magnet, cdi, rotor, magnet, coil, pulser, spool, and etc etc) fullset i mean. i'm forgot, cuz last i use that on years 2005. but, i think u can use your RAVE, but it's ok. u not use rave important, cuZ in circuit, u always use 8000 up for rpm? i am a right? correct me if im wrong

Pochi yaa.. it's same characther with YZ125 magneto. to light weight. better use standar magnet but you reduce the gram with cnc machine. bro, if u hv time, pls tell me how gram italkit rotor. ok.
This ultra small knock sensor system is Special order item. The body is aside of the meter. Only knock sensor is made HRC for RS125 or RS250. Please check out this video "4KL1L5_TF2A".

where you get that metal balance gear? is it better than the plastic gear :D
The metal gears are parts of Ratax Max kart engine. Parts number 234435. I don't use it any longer now. Those are highly reliable but too heavy.

That is a very interesting carb, looks like PWK 39 but it's got sensors in it? What are those for? Thanks.
This is a SPJ carb for HRC RS250R(NX4).
What looks like sensors are TPS (throttle position sensor) and PWJ (electric power jet).
What is TPS used for? and is PWJ like fuel injection? Do you recommend this carb? Thanks.

The merit is high response, but the torque decreases.
