hello i know this video was made a long time ago but may i ask how you were able to disconnect the connector because im pressing down on the top clip and its not budging
I don't know for sure but I think it was something in the connector. I don't think it was a thermostat issue because it was key on engine off and the coolant temp was fine. Thank you for watching!

So what was the issue? I was thinking the thermostat was stuck closed.

So was the problem solved!! I have the same issue 2022 toyota Camry !
Any report yet ? I am working an a 21 Camry doing the same in runs high speed for 5 minutes then goes off
@@AhmadIcelake Once I cleaned the connector, the problem never returned.
What the purple and Green wire going to?
Purple is coming from Efi 2 fuse it is ignition power. The green wire is coming from the PCM it is the signal wire to turn the fan on.
@@advancedleveldiagnostics these two wires was cut in half. Will that be the reason why the fan constantly run even with the vehicle off
I can't say for sure, but it may be a fail-safe strategy that if it sees no connection to the PCM, it will run the whole time.
