How does this guy not have hundreds of thousands of subscribers ?!
I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT VERY QUESTION MY SELF ??
Takes time he started later than the rest of us
My sentiment is the same. He’s my fav too!
It may take a man of genius of his level to answer such a thing
he recently moved tothe south
I’m not gonna lie I chuckled watching the test light fall off and you even closed the lid on the power stud and still didn’t realize lol. It’s funny in hindsight because we’ve all done goofy stuff like that lol
Ye when I was editing it, I was kind of surprised I missed that! It was a long hot day🤣🤣
Your diagnostic skills are as good as it gets
Thanks!
that feeling when you finish a repair and you double check it and it doesn't work is SO rough. glad it was something simple :D
Lazer with the laser focus and pinpoint diagnostics. It's always a pleasure watching you do your craft. Keep up the great work! 🙏🏼 👍🏼
Thanks!
Very efficient and simpler way to diag pesky broken wires...broken wires are hardest part of a technician..cheers bro
Man I love your no- b.s. approach at it! I want to see you hit half a million subscribers man, you deserve it. Bty i finally got my toughbook laptop and am loving it! Thanks for sharing your comments about it when i mentioned it before.
Thanks! I'm glad the Toughbook's working out!
I hope this guy charges well for his skills because he is amazing how he’s able to figure out the problems quickly on so many different makes and models of automobiles. If I was a younger man I would definitely pay him to teach me the trade.
THAT WAS A SOLID DIAGNOSTIC ,,,, LOOKING FORWARD TO MORE GREAT WORK !!!
Thanks for watching!
I also do electrical diagnostics and this video reminds me of so many jobs I've had......
That was a fun one... You are third on my viewing list now... PHAD, SMA, and then you... Regards
Wow Thanks so much!
That problem was clearly a GM design problem. Designed to fail.
Great job as always! I’m loving your channel!!
Thank you so much!!
This seventy five year old wish he was 22 and lived next door to you. I would love to learn to do this
Ha ha, good for you, to not edit the clip out where your positive lead fell off. What's the brand name of that little red clamp meter you're using around 15:00?
When I was editing I couldn't believe I missed that 😅
Here's a link for the Meter
amzn.to/3VdqC2g
Awesome little meter! I have it myself.
Another good one my friend!! Great info for us average joes!!! Take care!!
Thanks! You too!
Enjoy watching your videos!
Thanks!
this is how diagnosing is meant to be.
You anywhere near Philadelphia? Got a 2012 traverse LTZ with some sort of electrical issue. Suspected engine harness.
What is the piercing device for and what does the transparent nail polish do to the cable?
The piercing probe is to test the wire; it makes a tiny hole in the insulation. The Nail polish seals the hole so it doesn't corrode
What's the part number on that sweet Bluetooth test light 😂😅
🤣🤣
😂
Great diag and repair.love you showed lost relay.same stuff we all go thru keep up the good work.
Someone commented on a previous video that I make it look easy, I was like well then I'm going to add in all the normal in the field problems 😅
Good job.
Thanks!
What was the tool used to pierce the wire to check the ground at the computer?
amzn.to/3M2xZ8v
I done the same exact test. We have a lot of good technician out there most people don't hear about them. Someday I want my own shop
💯 I see many great techs!
@@advancedleveldiagnostics keep up the excellent work brother 💯
Where would I get those wire strippers? The blue and black ones?
They are Blue point, to be honest I'm not too happy with them, they don't work well on small wires. I plan on getting the Knipex version of them.
love you storage bag what is it please
It's a Veto pro pack, TP-XXL. It's kind of expensive, but I'm really happy with it.
still trying to find where to get the 4 amp test light. Not in your store
www.jarheaddiag.com/shop/p/highamptestlight
@@advancedleveldiagnostics thanks
Love theses videos
So say your ignition power wasn’t good, and it didn’t light the test light? Would I have to figure out why theirs no power for the ignition side? What’s that possible a broken wire, or another module took it down?
Yes I would start at the fuse and see if it's good, then follow it out to the PCM, if the fuse had no power I would look at the diagram and see where that is supposed to get power from etc.
@@advancedleveldiagnostics by the way great video, helped me get alittle better at understanding electrical, the way you explained it helped my little brain with all this!
can you please explain....
Why why why???
Today's modern cars eg Toyota Glanza, Toyota Taisor, has 12V and then drops to 7V in the door close signal voltage.
Whereas, it used to be directly 12V when door closed and 0V when opened in old cars.
But today's cars has 12V at door closed, and after 20 seconds, it drops to constant 7V. When opening, it drops to 0V.
Why there's delay in dropping to 7V at door closed??
What's the significance of this 12V to 7V???
Please explain 😊
Monitor the circuit using a an oscilloscope and report back.
@@grabovg yrs done. Same results on oscilloscope. 12v for about 8 seconds, and then drops to constant 7V.
@@grabovg I now confirmed that this is the way the circuit is designed.
But what's the significance of dropping to 7 from 12 V after some 10 seconds???
Why not directly drop to 7V without delay?
I have no idea lol, did you check if service info has a theory of operation?
@@advancedleveldiagnostics no such info.
I am sure it's how the company designed to work this way.
But, curious to know, what's the significance of dropping to 7 from 12 after 20 seconds??? What's the purpose? It seems capacitor plays a role here.
But i can't think of possible reasons for the delay to 7V 🤔🤔🤔
Good vid bro
What brand and part number is that test light?
The small test light is an OTC 3633 But I modified the end by putting on a banana connector.
amzn.to/3yXS5O4
The high amp test light is made by Jarhead Diagnostics

What is the number to the snap-on heat device that you used... Or at least the name
It's the Mini Butane Gas Torch Torch100
shop.snapon.com/product/Butane-Heating-Torches/Mini-Butane-Gas-Torch/TORCH100
As professional as they come, nicely done 👍
Thanks for watching!
nice.. the ole keith tug test. love to see it
Very informative. I love watching your videos because they teach so much so quickly. You are thorough but efficient and this is how I want to model my business. Thanks again. This vehicle sat for so long it has to wake up and probably burn a couple of tanks of gas. Have them put some lucas fuel treatment in there to help lube up the injectors and clean some deposits out of it.
Thanks for watching! Great point on the cleaner.
Amazing diagnosis. I would be happy if I found that in 12 hours….
Lol. I have a love-hate relationship with those alligator clips😂
Always cool to see you work thru these diags. Real world troubleshooting. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
At least I'm not the only one who does things like leave a relay out and then wonder why it doesn't work. I keep old radiator hoses for situations where I need to protect components from rubbing together. Great work as usual. Thanks for the video.
Can Topdon do FCA vehicles with security gateway module?
It used to work no problem, then it stopped working. Now they say it's fixed, but I haven't tried it yet.
Can’t believe how crappy Gm runs their harnesses. Really good find though!
What is brand name of your test light?
Another professional diag . Thank you for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching!
exselente dianostic master tengo una preguta eso foco ke donde lo puedo consguir te adresco si me puedes desir

Excellent, you have experience...thank you for your time and experience...
Thanks for watching!
Great work. Wondering, that topdon scanner is good? Im searching for one. I reviewed topdon, autel, launch, thinkdiag for my HVAC business.
I'm really happy with it. I've been using it as my go-to scanner for two years. It's really impressive.
Awesome video. New Sub. 13k views 906 likes. YT, let's do better. It doesn't take much to hit 👍.
Much appreciated!
I know for that second it didn’t crank you were cussing inside your head
This POS car!!.
💯🤣
Great Diag! How many hours do you bill out for this??
2 hours, 1 for the diag and 1 for repair.
Excelent job ! Thanks for video
Thanks for watching!
Where can I buy the relay power tester?

Awesome diag like always. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Good job. Glad you found the relay!
Me too!
Great diagnosis thank you.
Thanks!
I redited my UNI-T 210E bin file 1000 count on the mV from 00.00 to 0.000, and the 2 amp the extend to 6 amp with out OL at 2 amp. Also flipped the AC, and DC around so when I first turn on its DC , then I can select to AC if needed. Same with the Amp selection.
That sounds really cool! I would have no idea were to start...

Hi you are using Jarhead high amp test light for checking ECM power and ground, since it is take upto 4 amp will not this hurt a circuit or blow the fuse with existing load. i think the lowest amp is 15 amp so this should not be a problem, but jus want to run it with you. I just ordered one after seeing your testing from that site.
I use it with the load unplugged so all there is, is the fused wires. I wouldn't use this to substitute other loads that go into the pcm.
@@advancedleveldiagnostics Hello my 2016 Chevy Traverse Lt AWD has no crank no start put new starter in still nothing my fuse box bolts will not tighten down I watched videos were they are supposed be tight not go round and round my dashboard lights up got power but no start any help would be appreciated
Hello sir first time saw your videos u rebso good with explaining and soo good at your job can u made a Playlist for beginners i just graduate and i love to start learning i wish u help me and others like me thank you ❤
Oh man when you flipped the cover over the stud that your light had fallen off I lost it! 😂 I have done pretty much exactly that so many times. We just get tunnel vision. 😂
🤣🤣
Price for all data ?
Around $180 a month, usually you can get a deal for less.
crazy he is good it will happen soon
👏💪🙌
Thanks!
Excellent!!
You're cooking... flawless logical progression. Seeing that yellow wire under the fuse box was a nice find.
Saved a lot of time with that little jump
Thanks for watching!
Excellent, finding the same fault after repairing the harness, I bet you thought oh damn or a smallish cuss on your lips as the mislaid Relay caused the same symptoms as the original fault. 👍
Thanks! I quickly paused the video🤣🤣
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
@21:08 my stomach dropped for you. I was like shieet! 😂
That was a rough few moments😂
Love your videos,man
Thanks!
