After watching a few of these vids, I woke up today, blasted some gansta rap and busted out 200 bad boys prison style in my garage while my kids played in the drive. My wife asked whats up with those marks on ya ribs, I said that's were I have to hit myself before the burpee. Respect from Australia to both of you and your missing burpee bruv.

My knees have been telling me no - but every day I focus on recovery and a bit of rubbing alcohol and by evening time I'm doing my 200 burpees. I've been at it since December 16, 2022 WITHOUT MISSING A SINGLE DAY!!!!!!! I started at 100 a day, and now I'm doing consistently 200 a day. But this is no longer a "30 day challenge." Burpees are my calling. There is no other exercise routine that gives me the adrenaline, the sweat, the pain, and the sense of achievement after a full set of burpees!!! The Burpee is more than just an exercise. The Burpee is an obstacle that challenges our will power - our determination - our will to conquer and get it done. Simple as that. NO EXCUSES!!!!! NONE!!!!!!! Get to it!!!

Welcome to the brotherhood. Started focussing on burpees last Sept. Could only do 50-60 reps in 10 rep sets. Thanks to the Masters (BK, Wolf and Cuevas) I'm hitting between 175 and 225 DAILY. Never felt better in my life. Thank you for the inspiration gentlemen.

White Boy make sure you’re eating enough calories bro, might be burning fat off chest too as burpees are a real calorie burner, so keep an eye on your weight and adjust calorie intake.
White Boy also, they work all muscles, but are high intensity in all the muscles in the torso below the pectorals, front and back, and legs down to the knees. Increasing the amount of pushups you throw in maybe diamond pushups for example would aid chest growth. Muscles need stimulus from multiple inputs to grow properly. Most muscles are made up of different sections that require equal attention for range of strength, motion and aesthetics.
Trying to emulate Burpee King's smooth single motion handless way up stance. It looks so great. Can you please make a video of "Bring Sally Up" push-ups and also chin-ups? Let us see how many rounds you can do?
200 burpees done. Correct form. Longer duration. But hey you can always rewind and Iron Wolf will repeat as many sets as necessary just to stick around while you push yourself to get through your own count.
