What about on the bushing side? I replaced mine with some cheap eBay parts a couple years ago and I just noticed there is vertical play, as if the bushings are no good. Or is there supposed to be some vertical play? Does my question make sense? Ty
What causes these to go bad? I had them replaced on my Astro Van in late 2020 and this summer I noticed they already worn out again. What can wear them out in only 2 years?
I had no shimmy, but 2 different mechanics shops said i needed the idler arm replaced. So i took it out and nothing was wiggly by hand like this one. Not sure why they said i needed it.

Is the weight on the suspension or is the weight taken off the suspension? For those of us who dont have a lift
