Hello Hannah!!! It's sure that ,as you told us, it's a basic Pilates workout, but, if we are more advanced, we have to do it with more challenge as lift the head during the legs exercises, for example! I'm still happy to follow you sweet teacher! I continue with another one! Thank you so much sweet friend!!! Namaste.

I had an idea for you in case you are interested, although I don't know your goals so it might not be a good idea for you! I worry you may feel pressured with uploading so regularly and I wanted to tell you in case that is so about scheduling videos forward, and maybe uploading 2-3 times per week but still filming every day, so by scheduling your videos beforehand it might feel more freeing to know that you have scheduled videos for many weeks ahead(you might already be doing this, i don't know!). and another thing to do is uploading and filming Mon-Fri for 5 days and leaving the weekend off. I'm saying this also because it will leave more time for subscribers to jump onto the same video and have more views per video, because there will be fewer of them, but still regular and a lot. I don't really know if others would agree, but I personally do every video of yours and I like it being like a gym class where you go several times per week but not every day, and having daily videos might not be worth the trouble, if the result can be better with less but still very regular work, because it might be overwhelming having so many videos to do! Besides, you also have the older videos that I for example am doing as well! This doesn't need to be helpful at all, I'm just leaving my thoughts here, good luck with the rest and know I am practicing pilates with you every week! xx ^.^

Hi Marina, thank you for your honest advice. I wasn’t really think about views when doing daily videos. It’s more about sharing my workouts to people who need it and give more options for you guys to choose so you guys will always feel fresh. Also hope I can motivate more people to workout and choose a healthy lifestyle by doing this. If my body and mind say, I need to stop doing this because I’m not happy, then I’ll do it. But I haven’t feel that way haha.
I’m so glad you enjoyed the workouts and have some that want to try. Keep me posted. Love to hear from you again 💚

Hi Rashida. If you have noticed, I keep old and new movements in a good portion so that way some of you can get used to the technique and don’t feel to much with all new movements. Also consistency is always important to make result when it comes to Pilates or fitness in general. Your body is different each day, so you may different each day even doing the same movement. this is how I keep myself happy and healthy and I want share it with all of you too. Hope the answer helps :-)
