thank you for this short and spicy little burn. The don't leave me here helps! It's so easy to try and escape the moment. I accidentally dressed for success though. Matching in blue and white.
Oh, Ash! This was soo good - took me a few breaks but I pushed through (yay)! Thank you so much for this class. I absolutely love your videos. Much love from Cape Town - Mel xx
Hi Ashley! I missed the birds singing in the background heehee 😄 I was wondering why you were using trainers on that one? I usually like doing my workout barefoot because I do them in my living room 😆 was wondering if that had any importance having/not having them? Thanks!
We’ve got alof of wind around at the moment, so had to change it up 🍃 And no reason for wearing them, just trying different things, you stay barefoot if that’s what you enjoy!
Hi Ash! I follow you from Italy 🇮🇹 and absolutely adore you! I made it to the end, but skipped the core part, since I still have a little bit of diastasis recti post partum (only 1 cm). I was actually wondering if you struggled with that and how did you managed it. do you have some videos that can help? Not actually sure if the abs movements in this video are appropriate in my situation. Thank you 😘
Hi Guilia, 1cm is actually considered a normal amount even in people who have not had babies! Obviously I don’t know how far Postpartum you are or other factors. But if you’re only concerned about the separation then You should feel confident in moving your body in all ways again! Of course Start small, and build up gradually over time 💙
How did you go?!
That was great! I don't see the cool down though.
It pops up in the left of the screen in the final 15 seconds
