My husband has been taking PPI’s every day for many years. He does not have any stomach or intestinal issues like SIBO. Since he does not have enough stomach acid to solidify his food correctly due to turning off stomach acid, and probably has more alkaline in the stomach bringing in microbes, how is it he doesn’t have digestion problems or maybe not yet.
