      for about 40 years I have had a severe reaction to black and white pepper. When I'm home I can avoid eating it, and other than some problems digesting starches, like beans and lentils, and high fat dairy, my digestion is pretty good. Sometimes I have problems digesting fats, like if I eat salmon and a lot of olive oil in one meal I can feel my gall blader get tender.. At home I don't get bloating and irritation, but I travel constantly for work and it is in pretty much everything. Pepper causes bloating, pain and it can trigger an extremely painful gall bladder "attack". My stomach and intestines are inflamed for days, making it challenging to digest pretty much everything. It is hard to diagnose if my problem is any of the other things you mention...I don't burp, get gas, have acid reflux, diarrhea, my stools are fine, I don't have the symptoms you describe with low stomach acid, but I do wonder if I also have H.pylori and should try the natural remedies you suggest..like the mastic gum, pro-biotics, D-limonene etc...thanks for your great videos

      I’m 47 years old now but, when I was 28 I started getting left upper abdominal pain that would come and go a few times a year and got worse at nights before bed . No doctors could ever give me a answer except for wanting to destroy my body more with X-rays and pills .I didn’t wanna go that route , so I’ve studied alot on nutrition ever since . Pretty sure I know what’s going on but I’m self diagnosing myself but anyways it got to a point we’re it was chronic and I couldnt eat for almost a month and when I started eating again I went on a full blown meat only diet and I was healed no more pain felt better then I ever had yet it was so hard to eat meat only so I strayed back to veggies and back to carbs and sugar just not large amounts. But my left upper abdominal pain has came back mild and lingers through the day depending on what I eat . But I’ve had acid relfux on and off for awhile now and ibs and my stools our very clay colored all the time . I’m assuming I’m not producing enough bile is part of the problem yet though my stools sink and not greasy so doesn’t make sense their. And I don’t eat much sugar anymore maybe 35 g a day if and if I eat much more then that I go into inflammation issues in a matter of know time all over my body and it can get so bad I cant move very well till I stop eating and fast for a day or 2. I take enzymes daily when I eat and hcl, some b vitamins , apple cider from mothers 3 times a day thinking my stomach acid levels are low and these supplements do help but I still can’t rid this issue . Any advice would help. Thanks

    2000 my gallbladder was removed because it just quit working & it was full of sludge. I was never told to take any kind of bile or digestive enzymes & after all these yrs ive been trying to figure out why im bloated & constipated. Id love to poop like a champ! LoL i recently ordered Tudca but have not started it yet. Ive been taking enzymes but still bloating & constipated. So now it sounds like i dont have enough acid 😢 ive been throwing my money away on all my vitamins and supplements ive takin all these yrs & my skin is telling me.

    I always had a feeling my Bile wasn't working correctly, and I thought that's why it caused Gall Bladder, Gall Stones.
    I was thinking what caused me to have GERD and Esophagus issues, I never were told what ALL used all these.
    health issues ALL at the same time. I was guessing on this at one point, and I went through to many health problems.
    all at once. None of the GI doctors, I went too, never explained anything to me. Not even my M.D. either.
    They didn't want to take the time to explain it. I feel people are being throw out to the wolves (figure of speech).
    Because it took me 3 years to figure certain things out, not everything. It becomes overwhelming.
    I see why people end up with Stress and Anxiety.

      HI @Debbie C, correct digestive function is not in a doctor's training. If it was, they would not hand out PPIs and gallbladder removal surgery like it's candy. Only 1 stool every 4 days. It has traces of blood (not visible) and slight mucus. It's normal sized, with no straining.
    Very little urine.
    Low appetite.
    Low energy.
    High anxiety.
    Sleep issues.
    Eczema.
    Allergic to every possible food enzyme but is never bothered by these same foods.
    Cancer is ruled out definitively.

    Blood tests positive for inflammation in every single test that looks for it.

    I've had bad reflux every night and after eating for around 20 years. Benfotiamine and Ox bile fixed my reflux for about 10 months but it has just started to come back. It has been life changing to have had a break from it but I've probably let my diet go since I seemed to be able to eat what I want when I want. Going to start eating better but also try some other remedies to see if I can't kick it for good.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Рік тому

      Hi @Marcus K, I don't know your body chemistry or what is going on, but it sounds like you may have been covering up your symptoms instead of actually fixing the problem. This video explains why most people get reflux here: ua-cam.com/video/ZDTUrYGVu7Q/v-deo.html
      So most people need to correct a bacterial overgrowth like we talk about in this video: ua-cam.com/video/RjPdowTvD6I/v-deo.html
      and fix low stomach acid like we talk about in this video: ua-cam.com/video/Ry4ZgCT686Q/v-deo.html

      HI Betty. Yeah, apple cider vinegar will only help if a person only needs a little boost. And for other reasons, ACV can actually make constipation much worse. HCL is much more effective, but you really want to use it the right way. It sounds like you benefit greatly from going through our totally free digestion course. That will help you figure out which aspects of digestion need help, but also if you have other imbalances that may be contributing to the constipation aspect. My situation is that after I eat I'm fine but after I drink water like 1, 2 or even 3hrs later, I start burping and burping and feel like the food hasn't digest but most of the times like the water I drank moves like a wave side to side in my upper stomach level.
    I'm guessing that I'm not breaking the protein, I've a regular diet.
    Will betaine hcl do the job to fix it?

      Right? :) Just keep in mind that removing the acid will remove that burning symptom, and that is all some people care about. They don't care that they are turning off digestion. This video explains it in more depth: ua-cam.com/video/ZDTUrYGVu7Q/v-deo.html

    Could I please get your input on digestion of protein in the stomach vs HCL?
    I have tested - low on amino acids; and Lysosome overload and although I am supplementing with amino acids I still want to understand how to fix my protein metabolism.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Рік тому +1

      If someone is supplementing with enough HCL, but they still can't break down proteins correctly, it is often due to some type of bacterial overgrowth in the stomach and the waste from that overgrowth is neutralizing the HCL they are using. This video goes over some steps to wipe out those bacteria if that is the problem. ua-cam.com/video/RjPdowTvD6I/v-deo.html

      You're missing the point. If you're looking for a remedy for a problem, you're doing it wrong. You need to be willing to do the work to look at your chemistry to figure out the actual underlying cause of the problem for you. THEN, you will know the right steps to take. That's why I always say there is no answer that is going to work for everyone. You have to be willing to do the work.

      Yeah Raze. You're right that what you put in your body really counts. And most medications are simply covering up a symptom and not actually fixing the underlying cause of the problem. Still, some folks will need more aggressive steps than just changing what is on their plate. But moving more towards real foods like you're doing is always the first and most important step. Keep it up.
