    I drink goat colostrum from my local farm I go off how I feel and everytime I drink it I feel absolutely amazing despite what this video says I think people should go off how they feel when they drink it

      Goat colostrum is much better for humans than cow colostrum, may I ask how much this farmer is charging you for it? It must be a ton, because getting fresh colostrum is time sensitive and it spoils very fast because of the high amount of (beneficial) bacteria. Check if the farmer is selling it raw or pasteurized, if it's pasteurized most of the beneficial bacteria is dead.

      For the majority of people, the bodies' natural, unmanipulated system of renewal every seven days is not working in most people. When it works correctly, the appearance can naturally regenerate every seven days and it is easy to work full days without getting tired. Colostrum helps the body regain natural regeneration.

      @@leonfilo47 I don’t actually remember because I tried a few. I started with a liquid which tasted pretty terrible.
      I realized something interesting this week and I’m about to do a little test. I stopped colostrum in March. At the end of February, I had an allergy skin patch test and things looked normal. However, for the first spring ever, I can barely handle going outside when grass and tree pollen counts are high. My OTC allergy meds are not helping at all. I’m pretty miserable with coughing and full body itching. I can’t enjoy the weather. I wonder if Colostrum actually helped with allergies. I might start taking it again after seeing my ENT provider next week. If Colostrum doesn’t help with my allergies, then I’ll stop taking it because that might’ve been the only possible benefit.

    I was "gifted" Colostrum from a person who feels they are an expert. I admit to taking these high cost capsules for about 2 years. They are going in the GARBAGE CAN. I saw a Gatroenterologist who stated, "You don't need colostrum," but didn't give any explanation. Thank you, Dr. Gundry, for all the shocking details we need to know.

      Yep. Very weak and unconvincing argument against colostrum. Sounds more like he fell out with that leading colostrum producing company whilst trying to get his own brand so decided to go rogue on them and pump out a poorly referenced video to harm their sales. Not convinced at all by this video.

    Stop wasting your money on colostrum or supplements. If you are eating a diet of real one ingredient low lectin foods you should have all the nutrition you need. The only supplement I may consider is a reliable mineral supplement because our dirt due to modern farming practices lacks nutrition of 50 years ago.

      Recommending things based on your personal lifestyle and eating habits is not the best recommendation. That's why having different options that target different things is God's will. Any person catalogued as Dr. by "American" standards is a capitalist on your health sadly. They can talk nice but their interest is NOT healthy people. Their interest is that you come back for "health" advice when in reality you go back for your dependency in drug prescriptions on your side and their side you go for their expensive salaries and mortgages. These "doctors" lobby so that natural remedies live under the "we don't have sufficient evidence of it's effectiveness" category. 🎪🤡

    But isn't Neu5gc also in the cheeses you have praised in several of your previous videos? Dr. Gundry, please explain the seeming contradiction.

    • @radicalveg00
      @radicalveg00 Місяць тому +2

      @@geoffbeach5650 Since Dr. Gundry himself has stated that NEu5gc is present in the milk of ruminant animals, and since cheese is made from milk, I assumed therefore that cheese is a source of Neu5Gc. But just to be certain, I went to ChatGPT and asked the question: Is NEu5gc present in cheese? Surprisingly, the answer is yes, it is. That caused me to wonder why Dr. Gundry would be singing the praises of some cheeses which, by definition, are sources of Neu5gc the same way that colostrum is. It's a contradiction, exactly as I said. If you have different information, please share it.

    • @VinnyViral
      @VinnyViral Місяць тому +1

      There is no Neu5Gc in hard cheeses like pecorino romano, which have been recommended by Gundry. The longer it's fermented, the more of the Neu5Gc is gone, so things like cottage cheese or Mozzarella still have some of it, due to the short time of lacto fermentation.

    • @radicalveg00
      @radicalveg00 Місяць тому

      @@VinnyViral I assume this is a theory and there is no independent lab confirmation of this claim. I don't deny it's a nice theory, that bacteria metabolize Neu5Gc during fermentation such that there is no detectable level of it in the finished product. Maybe one day we'll know for sure. Until then, it's just a guess.

      Cheeses that are made optimally probably have reduced amounts of the not good sugar molecule in that protein. They also have the optimal casin protein in those cheeses in reduced amounts (probably). The point is to reduce the forms of dairy and meat products that contain not optimal sugar molecules and not optimal proteins by selecting the more optimal forms most of the time.
