We stopped by a Tim Horton's drive thru that popped up in London to get our first ever taste of some Timbits! Check out the full video on the channel • Two Brits try Tim Hort...
My hubby works for General Motors making pickup trucks. A few years ago they went on strike and me and our daughters went up to walk the picket line with him and other employees and their families. The local Tim Horton's stayed open late and made and delivered doughnuts and coffee and hot chocolate and TimBits for the kids every hour all through the night. They provided 100s of doughnuts at the union hall for everyone coming in and out too.... we were so grateful for those good people..... they worked more than they normally did and drove many miles in the bitter cold all night long to deliver to all of us. The strike lasted 41 days and they were there too! ❤🇺🇸
Jesus Christ loves you ALL ✝️ John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Me too. Birthday cake and the powdered ones are up there too. I used to get a large french vanilla with a 10pack but the grown woman weight is creeping in sk a medium 2milk coffee will do.
My Mom used to buy us a box of Timbits for us after a long day of running errands as a reward for being well behaved. The smiles on the faces of my siblings and I always had my Mom looking in the rear view mirror and trying not to make it obvious that she was happy too.
Can confirm, Timbits is peak Canadian culture. Late for work? Bring Timbits. Going to a party? Timbits! Always good to share, always satisfying. Can’t go wrong.
As an American that resides in New Orleans Louisiana where food rules all… I have become obsessed with this channel to see the different responses to food. Thank you ❤
Timbits are so good. They built a Tim Horton is NJ were I'm from. When I went to Canada there was one on every corner and I didn't go (crazy I know). The one in the US though was crazy. Dunkin is everywhere in NJ so I figured it would be pretty much the same. I was wrong.
I live in upstate New York, and I regularly drive to Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, mainly)! I love Tim Hortons!! I always bring him TimBits to my friends and family! Love 'em!
A Canadian here. Tim's used to be great when their stores actually baked but now most of their products are made in centralized giant factories. Frozen puck size egg sandwiches shipped across the country are not the same as made in store. Even in the Philippines I lived in BBC Taguig Metro Manila there are 6 outlets there - no idea how they survive they are never busy - but I stopped in once in awhile. Now live on an island South of Manila - definitely no Time Horton's here.
We always got what are called Donut Holes which are just the dough cut out from the center of a regular donut before they fry them. They didn’t have all the fancy toppings. You could get either glazed or powdered sugar. They were great! You guys missed West Texas!! Mexican food in central to South Texas is usually traditional Mexican food, usually. Further north we have both but more Tex-Mex which is spicier. You guys would love it. If you didn’t get Pedro’s Tamales fresh from their drive thru you missed out! Thanks for always making me laugh!
I worked at Tim Hortons for a long time years ago and I know they ate that whole box and there's nothing like an old fashioned glazed or honey dip straight out of the oven ... or old fashion sugar but those are rare. Sooo good.
My dog loves donut holes. Just get the plain ones for her they last about 4 days. She hates to go out when the ground is wet, so I always have them for rainy days.
Watching British people try eating food is so funny as an American. I could easily eat two of those packs all by myself, maybe even three if I _really_ struggled for it. And they don't even think eating it in one bite is normal? Funny af 😂
The whole thing at one go is the only way to do it...good on ya...❤❤ from St John's Newfoundland P.s the fish and chips here is pretty good from what I've been told
I live in Pittsburgh and we don't have Tim Hortons here. I was in Maine a few months ago and I finally got to try Tim Hortons and oh my god. I'm absolutely obsessed with Tim bits. 🤤🤤
As a Canadian, I can confirm there have never been maple timbits, but there always should have been. And Ollie ate something glazed, apparently thought it was an old fashioned plain and yet he called it "🥹 original". 🤣
My mum like them and she always get them when going to Tim's and some time I think she get the bigger box on purpus becuse she will be like "we can split them when we get home" and am like "Mum I don't like Donuts" and she all like "ohhhh I you just did not like pancakes" .... "NO mum I don't like them both" so now she got a big box to herself and i think she know that from the start just did not wanna say she was going to eat them all lol
I'm a Canadian living in the States. My kids are so excited when we go visit my family because they know they are getting timbits. I know there are Timmys in the States but none near us.
I just yesterday got back from driving from Erie Pennsylvania to Welland Ontario Canada and was excited to see a Tim Hortons even though we do have one where I live but I decided I needed a cup of coffee and I'm going to try some of those Timbits. The coffee was great but I thought the timbits were gross 🤮. Does anyone know if they make them differently in the US than they do in Canada? I know I went to a Popeye's restaurant in Welland and I was thrilled when I saw it there because I know it's good here in the US. It was okay, but it was not the same as it didn't have the same crunch factor and I was there at the lunch hour, so it should have been really hot and fresh so maybe they do something a little differently, but it was still good.
as a canadian, i can comfirm that if your parents got you a box of timbits it was a great day
We just recently got a Tim Horton's coffee billboard here in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Never heard of it before.
As a Canadian i 100% Back this fact 🎉🎉😅
My dad would always get us Tim hortons on fridays after school
Munchkins
if you havent had these your missing out
Knowing what “bits” means to Brits makes this so freaking funny. “It’s Tim’s bits that gets you in the door.” 😂😂😂
Donut privates 😂😂😂😂
Wrong shop 🤣🫶
Haha😂
😂😂😂. Proudly 🇨🇦
That's Hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣
As a Canadian 20 timbits and an iced capp on the way home with friends will be a memory I'll always treasure.
I feel like as a New Yorker (upstate) we had very same experiences.
Oooo iced caps! Love them. ❤ I’m so old that I worked at Tim Hortons (my first job) when they first came out with those! Lol
It’s weird we give kids ice capps 😅
They are munchkins
@@LaurenWoz421 but do you remember when they came out with hot chocolate and called them smoothies

As someone who grew up in Canada, timbits will always be a staple in road trips. My favourite are the sour cream glazed 👌
Me too. Birthday cake and the powdered ones are up there too. I used to get a large french vanilla with a 10pack but the grown woman weight is creeping in sk a medium 2milk coffee will do.
I’m from the US I love sour cream doughnuts so sweet and tasty
Tim's sour cream glazed bits?
As a Michigander I can also agree
These are my fave too. Eaten with a nice cup of strong black coffee
You guys made my day! From a Canadian point of view, stuffing as many Tim Bits in your mouth was a weekly challenge! 🤪💜
As a Canadian, that should absolutely be the new slogan.
All in one "it's so agresive" while the Canadians eat 5 at once
Brandenburg Concerto is the perfect music...💖
Ah bite-sized is the best with coffee☕️ ❤
Those were not 20😂
@@hahahahaa1470they were in 2boxes genius
Look good😊
Down south we call them donut hole.. cause that was the extra dough where the whole is on the donut
up in the northeast, we sell them at dunkin donuts and they call them "munchkins"
Also a cute name 😄
My Mom used to buy us a box of Timbits for us after a long day of running errands as a reward for being well behaved. The smiles on the faces of my siblings and I always had my Mom looking in the rear view mirror and trying not to make it obvious that she was happy too.
What a sweet memory 🥰

In the US, most people call them donut holes.
Dunkins call theirs Munchkins BUT Timbits are WAY better. 🎉
@@gpl324nah the corner store Vietnamese couple by my house do
@@gpl324facts for sure better in almost every way
@@gpl324no they aren't.... nothing in the UK taste good, why are you lying????
@@wiIdtumor You know they are in Canada right?
I love how quick they figured it out. A timbit is so much better in one bite for a reason i cant understand.
As an American that resides in New Orleans Louisiana where food rules all… I have become obsessed with this channel to see the different responses to food. Thank you ❤
Yo dude lowkey same though 👌
They need to go to New Orleans if they haven't yet .. the flavor might just annihilate their unseasoned taste buds tho
I live in Lafayette and we call those donut holes
These guys are so hilarious! Ever since I sub'd, it has been a laugh a minute!!❤❤😂😂
Welcome to Canada, long live Tim and his Brits
They really are good I live in Montreal, and havel one down my street
Georgia USA is finally getting Tim Hortons, set to open soon! That’s going to be my first order.
its always a good day when you parents take you to get a box of timbitse Canada is awsome
So is western New York. There are 5 Timmy’s within a 5 mile radius of my house. 🍩 ☕️
I always love people experiencing the sweet delicacies of timbits
Tidbits! Omg so cute. And yes you are to put the whole one in. 😂 Tim's bits yes. I mean I assume his family would have a thing to say about that.
Timbits
@shawncarter6737
They were referring to Josh accidentally calling them "tidbits" in the video.
Timbits are so good. They built a Tim Horton is NJ were I'm from. When I went to Canada there was one on every corner and I didn't go (crazy I know). The one in the US though was crazy. Dunkin is everywhere in NJ so I figured it would be pretty much the same. I was wrong.
Welcome to Canada!! Enjoy the Timbits and anything else that you find that is uniquely Canadian!
I live in upstate New York, and I regularly drive to Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, mainly)! I love Tim Hortons!! I always bring him TimBits to my friends and family! Love 'em!
These guys are so funny and take delight in the things we take for granted.
I just watched everyone of their shorts it was so worth it

Timbits and a cup of double-double, yum!
20 timbits & a hot chocolate after an early morning hockey practice was some of the best times you could ever have as a kid in canada.
The two of you are brilliant. Love watching your videos.
"Its Tim's bits that gets you in the door"- ollie
1972 dunkin donuts released munkins and 1976 Tim hortons made timbits 😂
our country has Dunkin' Donuts Munchkins, and they were my favorite when Mom take some home 🤧❤
Munchkins and some Dunkin iced coffee sounds good right about now.
I'm sure donut holes existed before 1972
@@Ash_Wen-li 😂 late
Blueberry munchkins are among my favorite foods ever 😅
Bro found the Tim Hortons version of Munchkins 😂
We don’t have one where I live, but I’ve traveled to where they do several times, and I love the honey dipped ones. So delicious.
The YT channel content machine has a funny bit about Canadians and Tim Hortons that this reminded me of.
Yall are so genuine. Watching your experience this was great. Infectious enjoyment.
As a Canadian on my birthdays I ate a 20 piece with an iced Capp good ol days
As a canadian when i was a kid sharing a box of timbits with my cousins in the treehouse was one of my favorite childhood memories
These lads are as cheeky as can be. Need to road trip with them and just sit and listen.
Just had tim Hortons lately and I think it's bloody gorgeous
My man that avatar is amazing
@@ffnovice7 thanks
I always thought naming them timbits had a morbid undertone, considering Tim died in a car crash in bits!
I love how they're like "why are you going all in one!? That's aggressive!". Uhhhhh bro, that's how we eat them🤣
Josh eating Tim's bits is a meme
the sour cream and old fashioned timbits are just the best bro
wrong, honey dip reigns supreme
First Shorts channel I subbed to
I envy Westerners who can absorb a lot of that. For Asians, that single box could kill you instantly from a heart attack or diabetes. 😂😂😂
You say, as you shovel another bucketful of starchy fried rice down your throat.
no it wouldn't
That looks so appetizing.I wanna try them
The 1st donuts were that shape.
But larger.
As a Canadian my parents did buy me boxes of timbits and it was great. Also my record in one sitting is 23
It’s chewsday, innit? Sssssmashing day for some iddy bitty donut holes 🤓
I hope we’ve got some helf insuronce in case we get shot up a bit outside tidbits
Timbits (birthday cake are the best) and a large “double, double”…heaven. Tim’s in Michigan ❤!
this reminds me of that joke my canadian friend makes about “foraging for ditch timbits”

Justin's Timbits came up to my mind.
I’m American and yes we do get these for our children and eat them full
It's the background music for me.👍🏾
My dog loves donut holes. Just get the plain ones for her they last about 4 days. She hates to go out when the ground is wet, so I always have them for rainy days.
Good to see they visited the Northern US...
Y’all need to go to Cook Out next!!!!!
I know it’s Canadian, but the way they consume them made my American heart proud 🫡 😂
Oh, I miss Tim bits, trips to Canada always Tim bits and some point in the trip.
Gosh those look amazing 😝😋 love your videos… I’m joy tuned in from Barbados, but I’m born and raised in the UK 🇬🇧 Bolton 🙌🙌
The Brits are having a wonderful time ! They kicking it in the Tesla ,eating and sleeping good.
As a Canadian, if your mom brought home Timbits along with hot Choco or coffee. You know it was gon be a great day.
As a Canadian I love timbits
🇨🇦 sometimes when my dad came home from being deployed at sea, he’d bring home a box of timbits… it was a special occasion.
As a Canadian the way to do it is to eat it all in one bite
I'm from Louisiana USA, never heard of this, but I wish they were here 😊, I love donut holes
when it was someones birthday and they brought a box of 50 for the class it was a good day.
"Tiny little Donut balls "!😂
I’m a Canadian who has timbits all the time and didn’t know there was a maple one
Yea I'm from Canada timbits r so good
As a Canadian 20 Timbits is the base level for 1 or 2 people, might even go for 50
Timbits alway slapped
In Oakland California, we call those donut holes

My fave is the powdered raspberry one.
The best kind of Timbits are the sprinkle ones
