As a someone who grew up as the stereotypical “fat American kid” raised on the best snacks the United States has to offer, I’ve never heard of RAP Snacks, Combos, or Herr’s. Goldfish and Cheez-its are intentionally mild, so you can eat a ton of them without being overwhelmed. If you eat one or two, you won’t crave much more. Eat a handful, and you won’t be able to stop until the box is empty. Twinkies get a ton of hype, but the best thing about them was Hostess’s marketing campaign from the 80s and 90s that has forever sealed their products as pure nostalgia fuel for most Americans alive today. I know a lot of the default flavors for certain products aren’t typically picked for these videos since they’re typically available worldwide, but “Pizza” flavored things are rarely popular. When you find someone who likes them, they’re about as odd as someone who prefers Miracle Whip to Mayonnaise, or prefer Twizzlers to Red Vines. Those products exist specifically for those people, but nobody else. The majority of the populace won’t even touch those things. Lays original, Pringle’s original/Sour Cream and Onion/Cheddar, Strawberry Pop-Tarts *toasted* (and sometimes even buttered), Famous Amos or Chips Ahoy, Oreos or Hydrox, Rice Crispy Treats, Kit-Kats,Twix, Reese’s, Snickers, 3 Musketeers, Doritos, Cheetos or Hot Cheetos, Red Vines… there are hundreds of snacks that should have been on the list above most of the snacks you guys went with.
