Amazing video. What about the adductors? Are they not used in squatting?
They clearly mentioned that these are NOT the only muscles, but are the primary movers.
@@hoofhearted1469 I should have worded it as : Are the adductors not a primary muscle used to squat?
@@carven2004eca they are not, they are synergists, specifically Aductor Magnus
@@hoofhearted1469 The hamstrings are synergists and they added them in the video. I feel that the aductors do play a key role in squatting as they make up the thigh muscle.
