That freeze frame is pretty much spot on for about 95% of the deadlifting population. Hips come up, shoulders stay down, stare at the floor and lift with your back, done.

@@hoofhearted1469 The hamstrings are synergists and they added them in the video. I feel that the aductors do play a key role in squatting as they make up the thigh muscle.

They clearly mentioned that these are NOT the only muscles, but are the primary movers.
