    This is actually extremely helpful! I've never seen anyone reconstruct the body by showing examples of how the body will react with and without the muscle.

    That freeze frame is pretty much spot on for about 95% of the deadlifting population. Hips come up, shoulders stay down, stare at the floor and lift with your back, done.

    Amazing video. What about the adductors? Are they not used in squatting?

    • @hoofhearted1469

      They clearly mentioned that these are NOT the only muscles, but are the primary movers.

    • @carven2004eca
      @carven2004eca 5 років тому +2

      @@hoofhearted1469 I should have worded it as : Are the adductors not a primary muscle used to squat?

    • @hoofhearted1469
      @hoofhearted1469 5 років тому

      @@carven2004eca they are not, they are synergists, specifically Aductor Magnus

    • @carven2004eca
      @carven2004eca 5 років тому

      @@hoofhearted1469 The hamstrings are synergists and they added them in the video. I feel that the aductors do play a key role in squatting as they make up the thigh muscle.
