I enjoyed this and really appreciate the comments about the anatomy and suggestions for different variations as I learn more about my body and what it needs. Namaste and have a wonderful day.
Loved this so much. I also appreciate the information on target areas and the many suggestions for variations. So grateful to have found your site and You!!
I loved that pelvic floor exercise at the end. I felt more strecth in dragon fly on a cushion but in half butterfly on it I can not put my left foot to the groin so I have put him flat on the ground. Thx ❤😊❤.
Hi Devi, your classes are so unique because you explain so deeply everything (angles, where to feel the pose, etc), I appreciate your style so much ! Due to many many years of MASSIVE overtraining, I damaged a lots of things in my body, and have already (I'm 44) arthritis in my left foot, so half saddle is completely impossible if the left knee is bent and there is pressure on top of my foot. Instead, I chose to lay on my right side and grab my left ankle with the left arm, to feel the quad stretch (I prefered this pose to the alternative you offered for the other leg, which was grabbing the foot while staying on the hand). Hope it was a smart choice😉 Namaste from France 🙏
Hi Karine, It's great to get the details of how and why you modified this practice, and I'm so glad you're finding ways to make it suit your recovering body. Yes, that side-lying variation of saddle is a wonderful one which might even be more relaxing than what I suggested in the video. Great intuition!
@@DeviDalyYoga great, thank you ! I'm now more aware of being gentle with my body since I do your classes😉(but still go crazy with heavy weight lifting and hard cardio, nobody's perfect ! !)
That was a great yin class for the legs. I’ve always used folded yoga blankets to sit on but I tried the pillow & really like it! Your classes are always wonderful! Many thanks & Namaste from Orlando❤️🙏🧘♀️
shouldn't the half saddle be done with the opposite leg? I do the half butterfly to stretch my right leg but the half saddle to stretch my left glute...which is confusing
@@DeviDalyYoga thanks for answering! In minute 11:33 you are doing the half saddle, stretching the left glute, but on all the exercises before, you were stretching muscles on the right left. Therefore, on the minute 11:33, shouldn't you be stretching the right glute? Or it doesn't really matter?

Yes! Here's a good one: ua-cam.com/video/lkYd39Jut6I/v-deo.htmlsi=91NlItQjenwQ6G_5

I’m not clear on what you’re asking. Can you add a time stamp for the section in the video that you’re asking the question about?
