I stopped working, and I did not function at home. A few months ago I decided to try practicing gentle yoga and found your practice videos on UA-cam. Without exaggerating - you changed my life. This was perfect for my post-run 🙏🏽💗 I needed a longer routine with a deep stretch plus grounding to cool down, opened UA-cam and lo and behold this video was the first on my feed! Thank you, just what I needed 🙏🏽🪷

I don’t know why but that saddle pose really did something special to me. Also the alternative swan w knee bent got much deeper on the side hip. Such a good class. 🫶👌

Really enjoyed this! Had already done another 30-min morning Yin practice as kind of warmup so loosened up a bit. Appreciated introduction of poses not usually included in your Yin classes and being offered choices (although I learned to give myself permission to substitute once I discovered your channel years back). Your pointing out where sensation should be taking place brings awareness that most likely would've gone unnoticed. Thanks.

I am asking to find graditude in my heart for my body. I am older, and doing yoga, even yin, sometimes is a challenge and the body shows me where it is stiff....that awareness sometimes causes fear to surface.....I am finding it very challlenging, the aging process!!! It came just in time I had tension in the neck and felt it in the first child pose but went by in the second. I was happy to have no nerve pain in half frog on my right side and did full saddle on the feet now which is less intense. And in caterpillar I crossed my arms as in standing dangling very relaxing. Thx 😍🤩😍
