This was the first time I was able to do saddle pose on my right leg! I had a knee surgery years ago but taking it slow and perservering is bringing back lots of flexibility. Thank you!

I love square pose. My hips don't like internal rotation at all, so square is amazing. Thanks for a beautiful practice. I hope more people can experience your soothing energy.
