I have just watched your podcast with Ranveer. You said that this yt channel is not growing as it lacks sensational content, but you know that very few people have a hustle mindset and they only understand the value of your content. There is a youtube channel Y Combinator very less youtube users know about this.
But those who consume such content they are getting some extra value. So I just want to say your content is actually helpful for us who are watching your videos.

In early 20s or actually in life we end up forming dreams that are shown to us as cool by others, we manifest them as our own and at times don’t hit. It’s ok.
Confusion is there maybe because it wasn’t truly your dream…maybe.
In case it was, then too nothing is lost, prepare and try again. Or move on to do something that you really would love to give 5 attempts for.

Sir, I started listening to You and I swear Your words are priceless. I HAVE a question If you can please address.
Am 23 years, college drop.out running my solo US-based logistics company, am making fine money with it.
But since am running this company solo, and hiring team, makes no sense for me.
Often I get frustrated and feels lack of fulfilment, firstly due to the idea that am not making sufficient money, and secondly the fear, that what if I lost my client.
    How can I address this?

    • @ashish.tulsian
      @ashish.tulsian  Місяць тому +2

      How to get a mentor?
Know what is it that you want from them?
Research if they have what you need.
Approach them with a clear ask.
If they don’t respond, don’t get offended, realise and understand that they are busy and must be having other priorities at the moment.
Try to figure how can you be of value or help to them.
      Place that offer too.
      Rinse and repeat above.
Getting a mentor has to be more about gratitude than entitlement. Practise it and you will find yours.

What is the advice for them because in my case I was told to do Engineering and now when I have a secured job I am beginning to think is it really for me or I am just following someone's guidelines ?
