Thanks :-)
He writes all his songs from his soul .
I would put these 2 songs up against any other bands first 2 songs off of any album and these 2 would win it everytime, Plainsong is just hauntingly beautiful!! 👻🥰
Gracias The Cure por tú Legado Musical!
Robert Smith at 60 years of age, his voice is magic
I'm 64, nowt wrong with my voice either
I think his voice is better now, there's a wisdom and depth to it...unique and rich ❤
TOP, great!
God Bless💜
The Cure always makes me cry. So beautiful.
I have rediscovered The Cure on UA-cam along with Depeche Mode, two bands that I was never really that big on. I have to admit that The Cure have become one of my favorites now, very good musicians all the way around, and great live performances.
exactly me too. never heard an original Depeche Mode, only Johnny Cash's Personal Jesus cover. Found them and then moved on to the Cure :0
how does he still sound so beautiful? wow!
There is something magical and timeless about this band.
Mesmerising and Beautiful. Aaahhhhh.
true
Called Make/up
Is he wearing Ski Boots?
Feel the same !
I don't think I've ever seen Robert without the guitar. Lovely man. Just wonderful.
Pictures of You, Last Day of Summer & Underneath the Stars: unique songs of love and yearning that the Cure have gifted us. Thank you soundtracking our lives with this magic🎉
Love you. Still listening 22 years later.
I never get sick of listening to these songs...sometimes they are all I can feel ❤️
Plainsong is so melancholic and when Robert starts singing, it feels like a dagger penetrating the deepest area of your soul, there were the spirit lies.
My gawd... the love in Robert Smith's voice! Elicits tears. The letting-go kind.
I was there in the 4th row!!!! It was an incredibly magical evening and one of the most memorable moments in my life. Right before they started there was a silence, which was incredible as practically all the 200,000+ visitors in the venue were focused on them.
i have reached 60 as well , this band may be in it's prime, man o man they are like magic to my ears still to this day, keep it up guy's please.
I think and feel absolutely the same as others that commented :
"
I have loved, still love and will always love The Cure. I never get tired of a single song. Disintegration could quite possibly be the best album ever made. Robert stills sings those songs like it was 1990.
Agree with you. .Desintegration is definitively their Best album !
Disintegration is one of the best albums ever written. It is a safe passage journey to the depths of the soul.. melodic, melancholy and intricately woven. It was this album that got me through the hardest of times...it felt like the only thing that could describe my pain and loneliness. Only that album understood me.. somehow Robert had been there and that’s all that I needed...
I absolutely love the way he is, so magical and shy and beautiful .Robert Smith i love you forever!🧡💗💚💛
the cure shows us a book of fairy tales and every story is real and dream together...
There's something about this band that's hard to explain. I don't know why but they literally grab my attention in a certain degree.

It IS 1990 - didn't ya KNOW - TIME'S RUNNING BACKWARDS!
That was the first CD I ever bought!

Yes he does , it took me most of my life to move on from the 80's and 90's. God knows what id give to do them again !
I absolutely love the way he is, so magical and shy and beautiful .Robert Smith i love you forever!🧡💗💚💛
I've reached the age 61 love the sound of the cure , numan and bowie pictures of you have brought back some happy memories especially Kriistine x
Thank-you fot the replies all in these troubled times

I love the cure
the cure shows us a book of fairy tales and every story is real and dream together...
Well said. Yes! 👍🏻
amazing how good he still sounds.
how many others sound as great at 60 as they did at 20? not many but the Cure literally never disappoints
Vivan The Cure, cojones!!!!
¡¡Viva tú, Gordon!! ✨💋💞✨
Such a wonderful display of musical beauty.
This brings me such a beautiful memory of a wonderful moment, wonderful night.
Disintegration is the album that made me respect The Cure & properly get into them. I initially thought they only made pop music.
There's something about this band that's hard to explain. I don't know why but they literally grab my attention in a certain degree.
They all look like they belong in a different band but are magic together !
Robert is beautiful from the inside thats why he sounds like an angel.
I love this song...this song brings me back to my youth and great times... we need that now in this day and age of the damn Covid-19... stay safe !
These two songs should always and forever be played together 💔
the way robert and simon play w/ one another during "pictures of you" is proof of their partnership as i couldn't imagine the cure w/o those 2.
Simon almost left but thankfully he's back now
No matter what happens, I am and will always be a big fan of Robert Smith and The Cure...
masterpiece this song
There was nothing in the world
That I ever wanted more
Than to feel you deep in my heart
There was nothing in the world
That I ever wanted more
Than to never feel the breaking apart
All my pictures of you
I was, we were all so young, and this was playing. The 80s was amazing! We were drinking beer out in the weed fields of Eastern Washington. The skies were clear and there were no Chemtrails back then. Suckers!
THE CURE GRANDE entre los grandes☻
Please don't ever let it stop
Genial!!!
Cure forever!!!!!
Forever amazing! My favourite band for so many reasons.
Bigger (not fat), slowly, gray... and together were getting older. The great and so shy Robert and me. The Cure were always on my side.
Will love them to my dying day 💥💥💥
I find it hilarious that Reeves Gabrel is The Cure’s guitar guy...knew him in Bowie’s Tin Machine incarnation....must be a great gig!
He has still got it, love this band!
Siempre eternos.
Goosebumps
I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!
His Voice hasn't changed. TRIP!
LOVE. ALWAYS.
Nice video quality and a perfect song, Pictures of you.
Thank you Mr Robert Smith and Cía ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
Magic Music !!!
I have The Cure on in the background all day, all night
BRUTAL
The best THE CURE
Grandioso. Como el vino , entre mas tiempo mejor. Y el publico a la altura. No aprecio celulares . Asi era antes, no existian los celulares. Al maximo vivirlo. !!
good old Simon, (my hero anyway), still drapes the Reading FC flag on his amp. Respect Simon !
Bravo que voz! Mejor que antes! Uniqueness! Love the Cure
Best of the Best music,,
Ur the GREATESTTT AND WILL ALWAYSSS BEEEE THE CURRREEE, STAY SAFEEE 😪❣️😪
I ❤️ The Cure
Robert Smith, you’re the greatest!
20/20 para esta cuarentena 🎶🎧
The years roll by and reveal themselves without hesitation upon Robert's face whilst his voice remains magical and gives out more power and emotion than it did in the early days of The Smiths. The Smiths sound as polished live as they do in the studio, timeless wonderful Goth-Daddies!
The Smiths?
@ma tem Not many people remember when Robert was the lead singer of The Smiths. Heaven knows he's miserable now.
🤭🤭🤭
Nick Harman I don’t get it
@@EnDependance123 You are aware this video is The Cure and not The Smiths?
The Cure! I love cure!!
"Creo que está oscuro y parece que está lloviendo" dijiste......The Cure forever and ever.....
Conciertazo. Impresionante voz. Viva the Cure
My age is half of robert’s age, since kiddos the cure song always acompany me everywhere i go, there is something different from the cure song that i cant explain that makes click to my soul..
Inam so In Love with The Cure! Wish the'd play more of there peppy/ mad songs like Mr. Pink Eyes, Throw Your Foot, 10:15 on a Saturday Night, & a few others from 3 Imaginary Boys, but Love all the Songs from Disintegration & Staring At The Sea, as well as their other albums. Why Can't I Be You?, Close To Me, Love Song, Love Cats, A Night Like This, The Same Deep Water As You, Wish, - they just have so many Great Tunes & I am so glad I found them. Robert sings my feelings so well & still sounds just thecsame at 60 as he did at 20! Finally made it into the Music Hall of Fame! About Time! My Fav Rock Group!❤😃
Why hasn't it reached the 1 million views during this goddamn pandemic yet?

his voice
Is straight from heaven!
love them so much!!!!!
@@mochos76 no tomes tanto.

It was mucho superbo
Estupenda presentación ! Saludos desde Bogotá-Colombia.
Thank you for this❣️👍🏼
