By the way everybody I've been going to the boxing club for about a year now and all the martial arts skills I've learned in my life and then watching coach Anthony's videos and practicing them on the bag I finally got a coach today that recognized me at the gym and said he's willing to take me on you like my skill I give the credit all to coach Anthony and as well as my diligence and determination and dedication I feel like my hard work has finally paid off I never listened or believe anybody when they thought I could be a fighter or should compete I waited all kinds of years of my life and just ignored it maybe it was even a little fearful of the outcome especially my age but now I know that I truly have that confidence to maybe compete and see how far I can go for my own personal goals very happy and proud of myself
gotta love coach Anthony everytime i see one of his videos it does open a new world to me ! Hopefully im gonna find the guts to step into a boxing gym very soon. Thanks COACH

Coach Anthony. You think you can break down on How JULIO CEASAR CHAVEZ was so effective on taking out opponents with body shots. Cause he was known for breaking his opponents gaurd down for the knock out punch. I watch his fights but he has a unique style that works for him and not for others. Other boxers that try CHAVEZ similar style get knocked out. Cause he's purely an inside fighter.
Like your vids. When i watched this one I was wondering about what kinda options become available with the use of different guards at this particular range? A basic guard, peeka boo, or philly shell will probably offer different options. I imagine there are certain subtleties about this distance using various guards that might be interesting to understand. Just a beginner trying increase my knowledge of the sport.
Thanks Anthony. The elbow fold is straight out of the Filipino systems and makes a good trap as well as range finder. Good to see principals that work in all systems explained so well.
