Get that counter punching set traps video. It definitely humbled me on thinking I knew a lot about boxing. Coach Anthony is the only guy on UA-cam giving out the secrets. I’m not saying other trainers on UA-cam don’t know the secrets, but coach Anthony is the only one teaching them as far as I can tell.

Problem with these type of techniques is despite what your taught you have to have incredible speed to pull this off( although good to practice for fluidity). I think for live action the simpler and smallest movements are most effective and easier to translate to the ring.

Can you do videos on working on combinations on the double end bag or slip cord,please
Pivots that large are dangerous no? Unless you are at a very high level and can pull them off safely and quickly? You're opening an attack vector for a large amount of time, as opposed to short fast 20/30/40 degree pivots, leaving the door open for less time... just a thought... correct me if I'm wrong...
