Chris Lee is an expert transformation coach. For the last 30 years he’s been a leader of leaders. His leadership workshops have transformed business owners, thought pioneers, and creative minds all over the world. I’ve even attended a workshop Chris led myself, and I can honestly say that it was an incredible experience. Over the course of his career, Chris has trained Olympic-level athletes, Fortune 500 business leaders, celebrities, and individuals who all have a common desire to elevate themselves.
Chris is also a pioneer and expert in emotional intelligence. He has a ton of wisdom and teaching to help his audience learn about themselves to improve their individual lives as well as relationships - it’s one of the reasons I keep having him back on the podcast! He has a deep understanding of how relationships work, and he’s excited about sharing that wisdom with others to help them maximize their lives and enjoy healthy and happy relationships.
Beyond being an excellent transformation coach, Chris is also a collaborator on Univision and The Fox Network. And finally, he’s the bestselling author of Transform Your Life: 10 Principles of Abundance and Prosperity. It’s an excellent read filled with information that is sure to help you level-up your life, so I highly recommend picking up a copy!
But make sure to listen to this episode first! Chris and I had a fascinating conversation, and I learned a lot. We talked about what exactly a breakdown is and how you can come out of one thriving. We talked about the importance of forgiveness - you have to forgive others, but it’s important to forgive yourself, too. And we talked about how you can create an action plan, find a support system, and leave 2020 feeling better than ever!
I learn so much every time I talk to Chris! Now let’s dive in and discover the seven keys to thriving after a breakdown on Episode 1,049 with Chris Lee!

I don’t believe in coincidences as I am sitting in my car literally all day stuck and so depressed due to my life. I was just on the phone talking to my friend about how my life has been totally taken away from me due to injustice since 2012.
I have been just surviving and can not get my power back!
Every time I try I get up get going to “ have the rug pulled out from underneath me”.
Once again I chose a new path to start a new chapter and am sitting in my car crying 😭 and literally just put on this video is really “ DIVINE TIMING” for me!!!
I really needed to hear this and I have been watching you religiously have not in a while and this is the most important thing I needed to hear today.
I literally was bawling 😭 and needed to here this as my emotions have always been invalidated my whole life.
I honestly have never heard of Chris and thought I have listened to every motivational speaker going way back in time to Tony Robbins on CDS!!!
I avoid my emotions do not have much support due to a childhood that condoned it and still does. Listening him to talk is amazing 🤩 and I wish I could get a hug feel so alone!!!
PLEASE HAVE MORE OF HIM ON YOUR SHOW HE IS REALLY A BRIGHT LIGHT 💡 THAT EVERYONE CAN BENEFIT FROM IN TODAYS WORLD 🌎
LOVE YOUR CHANNEL AND FOUND LOTS OF GREAT INFORMATION AND INSPIRATION TO GO ON!!!
THANK YOU LEWIS KEEP GOING DOING YOUR GREAT WORK YOUR A GIFT 🎁

I listened to this AMAZING podcast three times today, took notes on the process and got into journaling pieces of my current breakdown/Snowball. I am constantly listening to podcasts but this one stopped me in my tracks. I realized that at some point, I stopped fully processing my emotions. I didn’t connect the dots and/or understand the connection between that and zapped energy levels until today. If you ever wonder if you are making a difference…. the answer is YES! Thank you both for sharing your insights and wisdom!!

You know after listening to you at around 49 minutes I realized that I can go back and acknowledge all my Many accomplishments!!!!
Yeah!!! Because you’re right if people only accomplish a goal and then go onto the next thing without acknowledging the accomplished task, it’s so discounting to YOURSELF .
......I would say most people are not happy with themselves. When all they ever really try to do is be their best person.
except for those who are just evil.

Chris...a book on breakdowns would be amazing. Thank you brothers ❤️

  • @contrary8880
    @contrary8880 4 роки тому +1

The other thing is that most breakdowns build one's capacity or bandwidth toward being able to handle the complexities that accrue with the various stages of life...someone in their 20s will have a very different breakdown of someone in their 50s. Additionally, as one gets older it still requires more resourcing or tools that have been built up over time from practices such as letting go or forgiveness. Great interview to have for the NEW YEAR! 🙏 Grateful.

Great show Lewis and Chris. Great! I have been working with forgiveness - of myself and others - for years, but since dissociating abuse in childhood, I find that I can say it time after time, and it has a positive impact, and things are improving, but it is as if I installed a subconscious vow NEVER to trust my self - or anybody else. So, it is down to baby steps. Intimacy is hardest, naturally. But it's working. AH - commitment vs feelings. Good one.

Great interview. One tip that helps me that I want to pass on: if you beat yourself up for not getting enough done on a daily or weekly basis, look back on a random list that you made a few weeks back. Once in awhile, I’ll come across an old list, and it makes me think, “wow, I
DID get all those things done and who cares if I didn’t get it done as fast as I wanted-I still get a shit-ton of work done!”

"Break down is usually when your emotions are reacting to the life event happening to you. If you perceive any events in your life with calm and collective awareness you can resolve the situation and learn from that life experience" Event will happen in our lives, up or down, it's being aware you can control what happens next by being aware of the NOW.
