    This CD is very calming ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq the first meditation focuses on breathing, the second guides you through the Buddhist metta bhavana--loving kindness to all, and the third is a meditation to be used when walking. him is originally from Scotland, so there is a little accent to his voice, but it is very soothing and not at all distracting. If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

    I could listen to Tony Robbins for the rest of my life and be just fine. 🎧😌
    I remember being 19, (32 now 👵🏻) and listening to his CD'S (!! Gen Z: it's a shiny plastic disc 💿 with an Audible book or Spotify playlist saved into it... Lol). Anyway, hearing TR's words just changed my young life so much. I was taking notes and setting goals, and felt like I had the best secret to life. Everyone I tried to share it with didn't want to hear my "motivational" nonsense-which was just fine with me. But every time I veer off the path and need a course-correction, I come right back to Tony Robbins. Anyway @LewisHowes thank you for sharing these wonderous conversations with us. This was just what I needed today ❤️

    This is awesome Lewis. Thank you. My parents lost almost everything in the recession of 2008. My father had invested heavily in the stock market with money he had worked hard to earn, had prospered even further from it until he didn't. He was a loving family man who felt guilty about trying to make his family more financially secure in the long run. It wasn't about greed for him, it was about ensuring that his family was well looked after. He made a mistake of not pulling out before the recession hit. He didn't have insider knowledge of the oncoming financial slaughter. His intentions were honourable and the legacy he left behind was that people are more important than wealth. He felt immense guilt over it but for his family, he was far more important to us than wealth.

      Didn't need to happen. Signs were there if you knew what to look at. Many I know were out weeks to months before the crash. The knowledge is out there you just have to find it. I have spent thousands of dollars and thousands of hours studying the market and I'm still a student. So much to learn. Perseverance, study, work, pain and heartbreak . All part of the game. A game that pays unbelievable rewards if you're willing to pay the price of admission. Sorry about your parents loss, I know the feeling too well. Glean what you can from their experience and resolve to not make the same mistakes on your investment journey.

    Rich people realize that every choice you make matters: what you eat, what u drink, what time you wake up... it all counts to your mindset and self perception and perception becomes reality. UPDATE: DEAR HATERS, i have turned off notifications for this post, i have energy to protect and work to do. I suggest you drop your hate here, then go empower others. It may transform your life. Good luck 💫

      @USS Pandumbic Of course sometimes there is much more to it, but staying in poverty (or any unwanted situation) can be a state of mind.
      I (finnaly, at 36) learned that if you want to change anything, it really has to start on the inside, in your mind, your mindset, not in the outside world.

    • @raqueltorres2516
      @raqueltorres2516 3 роки тому +5

      @USS Pandumbic i can’t explain you all about it here, but read about it, suspend your judgement for some time and try it. It is free. And no offense but i see u have no videos uploaded. Building a passive income in UA-cam is free as well. Stop complaining (you are draining yourself and those around you) and start taking action. I’m here if i can help. Ps. And yes i have changed my reality by changing my mindset (i come from a very modest family) and of course by working my ass off

    • @RA-el6zj
      @RA-el6zj 3 роки тому +1

      @USS Pandumbic Allright, well because of the tone of your message I don't feel like teaching you all about it, but Ill advise reading as much books about the subject as you can find. That's what changed for me, I read books about it, and you wouldn't believe the successes I'm experiencing by putting the methods described into action. Of course you could also just complain about your current situation, blame the world, your parents, your landlord or whatever and stay in this situation forever, the choice is yours! I wish you the best.

    • @jadroslyn
      @jadroslyn 3 роки тому +3

      @USS Pandumbic Have you tried it? once you realize your reality is all mindset, you'll realize why everything thing you were told was a lie. Not everyone wants your mind to be free or to create your own reality. Free yourself, stop watching things that tell you it's hard, and your stuck, your mind is your superpower.

    • @RA-el6zj
      @RA-el6zj 3 роки тому +2

      @USS Pandumbic Sometimes it's amazing what you can learn in life, while you thought you knew about all there is to it. When you find out about such things, you wish you would have discovered it 20 years earlier.
      Why would I have work to do in any of those places?

    I caught the tail end of technology.
    It almost passed me up, and I was In between..I remember the old way of doing things when I was bombarded with technology and the new way.
    Technology and computers in general scared the crap out of most people in my immediate family so I knew I had to put forth a serious effort to grasp or understand this stuff.. it wasn’t going to come to me naturally whatsoever-I struggled at first, but looking back in retrospect it would not have happened any other way and it was worth it....
    Fortunately, I was able to apply one of the very things that was mentioned here what the latter generations lack patience (which almost exclusively comes from being born in an era or time without technology)

    2:42:41 that's so me for the entirety of adult life. Worst part is my drive is diminished because I don't trust myself, because as we all know motivation is real short term and only gets you started and in this case your brain has simply reset when you wake up and you feel none of that.

    "Money is debt after 1971" False, but said by almost everyone. Going to Brigham Young University, and studying Economics, Money and Banking, and Investment Finance and Trading in the Marriott School, taught me that the Dollar was not backed by gold since the 1800's. What lay people, or people who don't have a degree in the field, think about Bretton Woods. is that The Dollar stopped being backed by gold at that time. What actually happened, was that the USD's value stopped being traded pegged to the price of gold. The Fed prints unlimited paper and now electronic money, which devalues; whereas, gold is in a fixed supply, which retains value and inflates value of the Dollar if you peg its percentage movements in value...to the price of gold. Basically, that's when we gave the Saudi's military support if they only traded in US$ around the world. With that Saudi guarantee of Dollar value, we let the Dollar "free float" on the market, no longer tied to the value of gold.
    I was Poor Dad doing everything up the ladder Eagle Scout, Married, kids 3 degrees, Director, Executive VP, high positions, debt, big house, four kids. Now, oldest is 31, I am Rich Dad working on 5 actual work income streams, like singing, guitar, writing, and change the world stuff, and investments in traditional and non portfolios, exchanges and wallets. Got rid of all big things and debts and live on a local restaurant job and pretend I'm poor. No credit, no debt, no cards, only debit, which can be a pain if I HAVE to use one, a pain I welcome if it happens, I just don't do what I was doing. I don't touch money unless I need it or am making a new wallet or short-term trade portfolio to live out of, going on a trip, or need a large expense. Want to by an airplane to visit my children and speak, promote books, etc... Of all my retirement money and savings invested and performing now, there is one crypto coin I pit in $1000 2 and half years ago, and right now I have been living on the half I sold for 3 months. It goes like that, easy peasy. bit my bit, piece by piece life just gets easier, and you keep your same habits! Always buy after crashes. Cost average, every week or month.

    Having experienced both war & peace, who the HELL wants to live in wartime? R. Kiyosaki has clearly turned into that grumpy old man! Spending a short 4 mos. in war zone is NOT the F*ing same as LIVING daily in war zone! This is absolutely stupid & I've lost all respect for Robert K.
    I understand the zero-option mentality/notion, but the internally motivated don't actually need to be suffering as Andy Frisella is recommending.
    Love Les Brown's understanding of, & grasp on, human psyches & totally dig the notion of a 'Life Resume'! A. Robbins is definitely spot on re: be an OWNER of diversified American Businesses! & D. Ramsey is correct re: incremental wealth built via non-stressed decisions! & the best way to not be stressed is following A. Hoffington's advice 'Get ENOUGH SLEEP'!

      Just don't wake up 60 and broke. Truly, there are not enough adequate safety nets in this country to let people do just anything and then live and die in old age comfort. You do NOT live in Denmark or Germany. However, you need not have to be obsessed with money at all. If you listened, you will hear that greed in not good. It's wrong-headed and self defeating. They are not talking about money grubbing, they are talking about thinking about your future in a healthy way AND don't let the "man", meaning credit companies and consumer-hawking companies get the best of you. That's being real cool.
