I was so painfully shy it kept me from doing many things. Couldnt stand up in school eventhough I knew the answers. In junior high I forced myself to memorize everything, book reports, etc. Which helped a lot. As an adult, forced myself to take sales jobs where I had to public speak, eventhough I would get sick till I knew everything about what I was selling. Ended up winning awards. When I was older, friends got me up for karaoke and I was quivering and shaking all over. It upset me so much, eventhough I was a decent singer, I forced myself to do it every week till I was no longer nervous.. I got really good and ended up in a band when I was older and was quite comfortable entertaining on stage. Now, no one believes how shy I used to be. I can stand up in front of any crowd and speak or sing. I used to be an introvert, now I'm more of an extrovert. I conquered my handicap of extreme shyness.
Omg... wow! You are a hero to many of us introverts! I’ve been doing public speaking classes for the last 6 yrs and yes it does make a different bc I am an introvert and incredibly shy and sometimes self conscious. At 36 now I’ve grown to be ok in standing up in front of people and speaking but I still have my off days. Thank you for inspiring myself and others! We need more people to post their stories like these. Let’s encourage each other 🙏🏽
Thank you for sharing your amazing story. I'm 34 and still have to push myself into uncomfortable situations because of shyness and feel it's getting slightly easier, but still need to have more faith in myself.

this I'd the second time watching this. everytime I watch a jim kwik podcast it takes me SO long because I'm constantly pausing it to take notes 😂 I've ordered limitless online and I'm going to my book store to pick it up today. thank you Jim.
Lewis, this was an absolutely fantastic interview/video! It took me three hours to watch a 2 hour video because of all of the playbacks due to the notes I was taking. The funny thing about this is I just bought the e-book for Limitless last night spontaneously. I've seen Jim's ads before but was always skeptical that he may be just another guy online trying to separate me from my money (lol) but I took the chance anyway. I wake up this morning and find this video published just the day before on my youtube page and wow! So many intellectual nuggets dropped and just became aware of so many limiting beliefs I was carrying about myself and learning. I've always been afraid to post reviews/comments but after listening about what other people's opinions would matter if we were on our deathbeds, it's better just to share my first heartfelt comment here. Jim is an absolute treasure! I look forward to reading his book in its entirety and checking out more of his content. Lewis, your interviews are awesome, informative and introduce to many other amazing people we may not have known or get to know better otherwise. Keep up the awesome work and thank you so much!

i like that he’s doing something. plus the story he came out of. so im a fan. but i seriously dont think it will work towards that particular problem. cause im on it too, ive observed whole communities who have become knowledgeable about really amazing thing about the body and why you do what you do throughout life. very accurate and equally useful.. but in the end i observe some that occurs everywhere when we rely on ‘knowing things’ in order to do things. i may sound stupid saying that.. but look closer. we move forward everyday not knowing, yet we cling on to certainty when we choose to move. its like we’re blind to the other side of ourselves that actually has no problem doing things without knowing. also easy tell.. whenever you focus on something too much.. especially when it comes to mind things.. you tend to end up doing the opposite. they used a example.. its like when you try not to think of a blue dog. your focus on not the dog.. actually enforces it. and if you have a method that can do fine dealing with the unknowns.. why wouldnt you strengthen that? if anyone can get in touch with Kwik, i would love to talk. maybe something good can come out of it.
Prefect timing is an understatement right now. Last night I spoke to someone with photographic memory and I could feel somewhere deep down that I was inferior. This video was such a help for me.
Wow 🤩 What a quote by Jim Kwik “ What if the only things you have in your life tomorrow are the things you expressed gratitude for today?” That response blew my mind. Brilliant!
OMG...this is the greatest thing ever...I have been working so hard to get to the life that I want to live, but I feel like I am trapped in the life I have to live...I knew that I wasn't the only one feeling this way and I could not figure another way to do things to get out of this cycle that I am in...I am so excited to get this book and learn to be more effective in my own life and exit everyone elses life from my own....I can't wait learn more, do more and be more in my life. Thank You so very much for this interview...
I'm just so out of my mind right now!!!! I was an avid reader when I was a child and a teenager to the extent that my parents had to limit my reading time and books, but got diagnosed Multiple Sclerosis 8 years ago, just starting college. By overnight I lost most of my reading comprehension and became so frustrated and angry with my "broken brain". This eventually (and many other side symptoms) forced me to drop out of college and the "traditional" learning system but my curiosity and learning thrive never got away. With this pandemic and being mostly on lockdown I decided to take advantage of it and study and learn about so many topics that were on my waiting list but had just a really really hard time with it. This talk just took down so many prejudices and gave me back faith in myself to start unlimiting me and become limitless. Thank you so much for helping this be possible. My eternal grattitude to you Lewis and Jim!!!
finished watching! I never watched a youtube this long video other than a movie .This is the best of one so far great talk and loved it. thanks for introducing this great guy and he is super guru. Think he gave like 100+ suggestions (all kinds not just limited to memory) in this video which can be benefitted for entire life. go and watch! Thank you.
1st let me say I am a big fan of you and Jim Kwik. Biggest lesson was to read a book a week. I feel like Jim is a magician and he is teaching us his magic. Already purchased his book taking his 10 day class but now I am going to purchase the book from my family members. Best gift to give someone you love. Thank you to both of you for caring enough about us to give us your gifts.
Amazing video Lewis and Jim, wow, one of the best podcasts I've watched! I just purchased your Limitless book and I'm looking forward to your course and the book. Thanks Lewis for everything you do. To answer your question below Lewis, the greatest lesson I took away from this is 'Passion is what lights you up, Purpose is how you light other people up." You both light up our world so I am grateful for both of you giving us all so much!
Lewis I’ve been following you since October 2019 and with the variety of incredible folks you’ve had on, I’ve read so many insightful books, expanded my mind and happiness! Thank you for the diverse and amazing content! Keep it up 🌟🌟

Certain meds worked well but affected other areas. Once I stopped taking meds. The keys was being aware of my thoughts and behaviors based on what I was doing. The hyperside of it really allows me to think and process faster. I will say that the staying on task and focusing on the task at hand is the most difficult part but as stated above being aware of your thoughts will put you ahead of the rest if you embrace it instead of using it as an excuse.
Do not at all be limited or defined by a human telling you you have a made up bs ‘label’ ‘diagnosis’ becuz they say so ... how do you learn? Period! I went to a Torah meet for the 1st time ever this past Saturday and youd never believe these were the same EXACT words he preached. Like to a T!! And now I'm wondering do the author and this pastor..or leader know each other, or did the leader completely take this whole message and share it with his Torah family? Either way...good stuff!! And I'm SO blessed to have found you! I truly prayed that I could somehow recieve the full message that was delivered at Torah last Saturday..and then BOOM... This video pops up on my feed!! The universe is quite lovely! I give thanks!!
One of many of the great lessons is how to see the actual proof of motivation is a new action is taking place. A great little clue to make sure you are taking steps to make change.
Love this episode!!! You two are my top two favorite podcasters and interviewers!!! I love to hear/see you two in the same room on the same show talking to each other!!! Love it it!!! Thank you!!!
I sent in a comment about how genuine he comes across to me and here Lewis talks about his heart and kindness. Awesome! I love this definitely getting his book . Recommendation- Should be a hard covered book. It will be used over and over!
I can not wait to learn more, definitely buying the book in the morning! I am so excited and feel a hope to finally improve my life and others around me. I have always had low confidence and a mindset that feels so busy wanting to do things but never actually feeling focused enough to do them. Just listening to this podcast made me really realize how I can change and people can help me. Thank you so much for having Jim on, truly 🙏🙏🙏🙏
For me, subvocalization is one of the biggest distractions from clarity. I have found myself on occasion asking myself, what is that voice that is constantly running inside my head. In all literal senses, what is that voice? And the more I kept asking myself that question, the deeper and deeper my sense of self became, like a light shining brighter and brighter the more I kept asking myself what that voice was. Thinking on it now, I believe I was more or less subvocalizing my reality. The more I asked what, the more that voice/presence disappeared, as if a light was being shined on it and revealing it to be false. Revealing, to myself, more of what was true. Subvocalization I believe is a regressive learning behavior.
So full of useful gems. Thanks to both of you for making this video!! I am so grateful there are people like you both out in the world, with a service-oriented mindset, trying (and succeeding) at helping/leading people to live better lives.
I want to say thank you both for dedicating your self your life & your heart for doing what you both do. I just started listening to you both & my life is going to get better. I have been struggling my whole 30s to find myself & my purpose. Both of you amazing men have helped me in so many areas of my struggle. I THANK BOTH OF YOU MEN & MOST IMPORTANT CREATOR FOR ALLOWING THESE THINGS WE FACED TO CHANGE EACH ONE OF US IN THE WAYS THE WORLD NEEDS US TO CHANGE. I LOVE JIM'S QUOTE.
Yes he does considering how awful his teacher was to him. The could have taken the downward spiral into criminal behavior but he didn't. Shame on that teacher for what she said to him and about him. It was child abuse.
I did read the book Limitless it is a great book I got both Audible and Hard copy I convinced my wife to read and she did as well next is my 14 years old son still didn’t started yet but I keep reminding don’t want to push so he doesn’t resist. Jim is a great man smart, humble, kind big respect for his work . And of course thanks to Louis for inviting all this great teachers along.
The lesson i learned from this Lewis is, that I should now take steps to write my book. This video is so inspiring! I look forward to reading the book. 📖
Love your show and how you ask such detailed questions of things your audience wants to know. Truly gifted interviewer Lewis! This interview was especially important as I have returned to college to get my RN and eventually my masters. I'm 50 and have felt overwhelmed by how much I need to learn and how hungry I am to become a Nurse Practitioner. I refuse to get to the end of my life and regret not developing this career. I've been raising my children and assisting my husband in his business for 30+ years. Now it's time to develop my lifelong goal. Been in college already for a couple of years. It touched me deeply to hear Kwik talk about regretting at the end of life. Bought the book to keep training my mind to learn and memorize better to the point of owning the information. Sorry I went so long but I'm so grateful for mentors like you and Kwik who remind me that age is a number. Bless your heart, your life and family. 🙏🕊👍
Love this video! I can relate so much to Mr. Jim Kwik it's scary! Lol! So glad I found this video. I've always had difficulty learning. Even to this day. Will be getting the book and putting it action! I can feel it will be life changing for me. A definite Godsend!💯

Really appreciate you bringing all of these brilliant minds to us. Just bought Kwik's quick and looking forward to it arriving! I normally research a book before buying it, but this guy dropped so many gems in this interview that I'm sure this book is gold.
Learning how to learn will give you the tools to grown how you want, in the ways you want, and when you want. A powerful thing! I know JUST what to use this new skill for after I read the book.
For me the dominating question section was really powerful because it made me question how I think about myself and essentially my goals. Mine was an obession to seek self help material for exmaple if im on youtube and I see a video suggestion like how to be confindent I'll watch it next, this manfiested in my thinking because if I was too scared to do something, immediately I'll tell myself its because I'm not confident. Now I know this I'm going to work on not procastinating by watching self help videoes and get out there and do things
Jim Kwik said he wants that we get limitless and then he describes that we should protect our time, emotion, heart and we should put a border in front of ourself, get rid of negative people... For 100% I am not against Jim Kwik but to put a border in font of yourself is for me a limit... In other words, we should shield us from the influence or from outside so that we are in control... That shields us also from God... Instead to surrender, to open our heart, to feel mercy for negative people... I have at least prevented 3 suicides and all of these suicide people were isolated from their friends, family because they have depression... And nobody likes to help... A guy has a problem is negative we isolate him... And that we label limitless!!! Awesome ....
This episode was so heartwarming! The combination of both your energies, really drew me in on a heart level.. which helps me remember actions to take to improve my life. Thank you so much.... so human, so humble, so kind.
Omg guy ... I got to order this book for my self loved , am ready to changes my life and want to be healthy as possible thanks to you Lewis and you , doctors . Joe and Mathew hussey I remember the name I been watching on videos now except you my firsts time . You’re my thirds secure and also my hero too ...lol 😆love all yah ., and thanks you so much ..! I don’t know what’s to do buy my self with all there of you am in control, can’t wait what’s you all there got next for me Oh .. and the guy interweaving you too .. thanks you helping me out too fours of you when I see you there mean good stupe for me . 😆
Started reading it with my parents............ wow........ we read the intro, and most of the way through the first chapter...... I can't believe how many times I got choked up............... I couldn't help it though when he got the big class photo in the mail........ I definitely started crying lol......What a beautiful story!!!!!!!!!! And such a cute photo!!!..... Going to keep reading it with my family.... we're really drawn into it 😊 Excellent interview! Thanks Lewis for making this happen, and thank you Jim for writing the book! (And thank you again Lewis for pushing him to write it! lol) Very much looking forward to finishing it 😊🙏🏼💜

This is actually my 5x watching this video and i plan on watching this video serval more times. Thank you guys for this video, it is a great video to lift you up when you are down.
The greatest lesson I pulled from the interview is that God did gave us, humans, everything we need and that it's our choice to take responsibility for our 'garden of eden' or to just let the weeds or monsters loose. Literally Jim showed us a way that out of nothing we can create. God bless you both more!
What's the greatest lesson you pulled from this interview?
Lewis Howes that’s it possible like Cesar Chavez says Se si puede 💯
There is so much! But this made me seriously laugh if you understand what I Mean, “ Sincere teachers who are sincerely wrong !”

Literally just bought this book while listening to this podcast! It's right on time in my life!
Great interview and video Lewis, thank you
“What if the only thing we have in our life tomorrow is what we showed gratitude for today! “ that touched my soul!!!
That's powerful
Love it
Watch till the end, lots of wisdom there😉
I'm just so out of my mind right now!!!!
You can learn SO MUCH from Jim! Love his work 💪❤
Lewis I’ve been following you since October 2019 and with the variety of incredible folks you’ve had on, I’ve read so many insightful books, expanded my mind and happiness! Thank you for the diverse and amazing content! Keep it up 🌟🌟
The pitfall of relying solely on our digital devices is detrimental to our learning how to Do . Especially detrimental to childrens developement . This is my most outstanding & present takaway.
First time listener & now a subscriber .
How much is limitless book by Jim quick? Where is the mos reasonably priced??kathhleendowd
Diagnosed at 56 with ADHD, changed my life. Time to make it right.
Have you tried meds yet? Do they work?
Adhd makes for an amazing mind!! You understand the struggles im talking about but when you can control it. Its life changing!!
How did you control it
Certain meds worked well but affected other areas.
Period! Thea h them how to teach you ....look up and watch the doc psychiatry: The Industry of Death! Facts!!! So insane and so no .. become you’re own humans master!!! Limitless!!!!
I had so many , mind blown moments listening to this. Just wow!
I'm hoping people stay home on Thanksgiving and don't kill their families with COVID. So to remind people to do that, we made our Cyber Week merch code STAYHOME. Use it for 10% off everything in the store. teespring.com/stores/stevehofstetter
A true wise leader. Really grateful for this interviews. So many takes to apply in real life.

Lewis, thank you so much for bringing such fantastic people on the show! These conversations, these life lessons are priceless!
I sent in a comment about how genuine he comes across to me and here Lewis talks about his heart and kindness. Awesome! I love this definitely getting his book . Recommendation- Should be a hard covered book. It will be used over and over!
Very good
It’s never to late to learn anything!! Another great interview! I have the book!
How is it?
I Love Jim haven't listened to him in a while. So excited to hear this.
I gobble up every single thing Jim teaches. I LOVE his Kwik-isms. Saying hello from the Philippines! 💕
How much the book.
@@norwinarull804 I think it was around $38
So happy you are enjoying the content. I would love for you to subscribe and leave me a review here:

2 really kind and compassionate people sharing great knowledge 🙏🌸💁
How true you dont get meny, people like them both, louis and jim,
memory plays an important role in learning faster for sure:) thank you for the tips
Wow! He sounds like he has a really good heart
Yes he does considering how awful his teacher was to him. The could have taken the downward spiral into criminal behavior but he didn't. Shame on that teacher for what she said to him and about him. It was child abuse.
That's the key thing... having a beautiful heart. I noticed that too, more for others... humble and passionate
@@JenWIL641 yes that's sad but there are many teacher's that put down children instead of giving them the confidence to become great!!
In the minute 37.36 when Jim talk about her mom, he put a super beautiful smile. I hope that the world have more Jim´s
Great interview with Jim. It shifted me. I am reading his book. Thank you for your work.
I love how passionate Jim is with his work. It clearly shows. This information is priceless if you actually apply it. Thanks Jim. Thanks Lewis!
How is the book?
The educational system before it was subverted used to teach people how to learn, Now they reward memorization and regurgitation.
Love this video! I can relate so much to Mr. Jim Kwik it's scary! Lol! So glad I found this video. I've always had difficulty learning. Even to this day. Will be getting the book and putting it action! I can feel it will be life changing for me. A definite Godsend!💯
Absolutely love Jim Kwik
“I always get a gift back from working w anybody.” Wow! I sat w that for a bit. That is so true!
oh man i was waiting for this podcaaaast!! much love lewis
I'm tired of feeling incompetent even if i get complements often about the great job i'm doing. I need this book to help me ! The author Jim Kwik comes off as genuine and trustworthy to ME.
Wow wow wowww! 2024 and listening to this golden interview.. just bought Limitless! I can’t wait to learn HOW to learn! Thank you Jim and Lewis! You are giving so much to the world
So glad you enjoyed it! Appreciate you for watching.
Jim Kwik is the best! Just ordered his book!
Lewis Howes I am so happy that stumbled upon your channel. You are a great interviewer.
Hi
I am very inspired by Jim’s perspective. It was so awesome to hear his story and his life. Thank you for this channel. So impactful in my life.
I love Jim. I'm currently taking his Superbrain course through Mindvalley and it's awesome. I plan on buying his book soon!
How much you invested in he's course?
@@yass912, the course is 500, I believe.
What a sight seeing two beautiful hearts in harmony ❤
Thank you so much for watching! 🧡

Amazing person to say the least, with every single word
This is treasure, such life experience at early age.
Thank you so much for sharing your good advices, God bless you.
Wow, I can listen to this guy all day.
Glad you enjoyed it, Adelaide!
Of everything I have been listening to. This really touched my heart and soul to realize I am doing the right things. I am Listening and Learning more than I realized. Thank you1 I just need more study within and outer Lessons ❤ Thank you! Your such a Blessing! ❤✨😊
Questions are answered by your higher self.
Very important which questions you ask. I learned how to ask better questions. Thank you!
Learned a lot from this video! Just listen 👂 people! A lot of knowledge. May 2 2020 2:48am.
Two magnetic talents. Thank you.
Amazing value, I will listen to this video again, and again. I will be a fan of Jim Kwik for now on, and will buy his book for me and I will give it to the people I love. Thank you for a great interview.
Great interview and video Lewis, thank you
One thing I can add from my 2 dwcades of imp;acting live's is the New Generation will be/should be the Inpirational Speaker or finding the inspiration of why you most take action to change! Motivation is fleeting and temporary like the battery of your phone! A new Power Source that endless, that is the long term solution...
This is actually my 5x watching this video and i plan on watching this video serval more times. Thank you guys for this video, it is a great video to lift you up when you are down.
Im so grateful for both of this people. Thank you Lewis and Jim!
Thank you and I'm grateful for you! 🙏
The greatest lesson I pulled from the interview is that God did gave us, humans, everything we need and that it's our choice to take responsibility for our 'garden of eden' or to just let the weeds or monsters loose.
Literally Jim showed us a way that out of nothing we can create.
God bless you both more!
Most powerful thing I've listened to, today! :)
