For a start he could just add the different nature of defensive game back then. LBJ although he achieved so many, simply taking his current playstyle back in the 80-90's makes no sense. People would have him drop to the floor until he quits. Ofcourse in a time-traveler scenario, if he had the mentality MJ had, LBJ would adapt his game as well, but that's just fiction.

Nothing (which is why he probably refused to play with the bulls bc he knew they would be exposed). I honestly don’t know who the coaches were on lebrons championship seasons other than the Miami heat’s coach.
