I forgot to add the clip at the end of me actually putting the pens back together 🙈 Do that once it is dry lol Anyway, Here is a supply list for pens: alisonsullivan.co/blog/glitterpentutorial
Awesome! I still need to assemble my turner with supplies from earlier video links. Doing the water slides on the pens though, I wish I new more about that process other than using it for pictures and adding to tumblers. I feel like I’m missing a great option and opportunity there with designing pens.
Does anyone know if it can be used on sublimation . Hyperion did not stick. Sometimes I add glitter to my sublimation hate expoxy. But not sure if it will work.
@@daniellecrisp5817 I'm not sure about sublimination but I use Grand finale to seal water slides, stickers and other things I've printed myself to put on my Tumblers without any trouble.
Thank you so much for this! I was giving up on pens after researching how bad resin and epoxy are! I'm buying supplies now. Do you have a preference between grand finale & Brite tone?
I definitely recommend Grande finale, you’ll get your pens done faster! If you don’t want to mix up your own paints with the crystalac pigments I recommend spray paint! thecrystalacstore.com/products/grande-finale-fast-dry-tumbler-coat?_pos=1&_psq=grand&_ss=e&_v=1.0&sca_ref=301559.RjXXsfrXmN
Hi Allison, thank you for all your videos so helpful. Of topic, can you tell me if Brite tone works on sublimation. I used hyperion, and it peeled right off. Sometimes, add glitter to my sublimation tumblers. Can you help me. I hate epoxy. ! And it's grand final the same ? Hope to hear from you. Danni
The link to the pen adapter isn't working. I'm using a make shift one right now, but my pens keep getting stuck to the pencils and taking off a chunk of my glitter and grabd finale, so I'm looking for a better option. Do you have any ideas?
I’m having a problem with my glitter not looking like glitter anymore on the back side/glittered side after the 4th coat of Grand Finale and then light sanding. Do you have any suggestions? It looks more like paint with no glitter or sparkle showing. 😕 It’s on acrylic blanks and I’m using Zindee glitter. Thanks!
Spray paint or the crystalac paints. Here are ones I like: thecrystalacstore.com/products/flipn-awesome-3-in-1-paint-primer-built-in-top-coat?_pos=1&_psq=flipn&_ss=e&_v=1.0&sca_ref=301559.RjXXsfrXmN

This is the video you need to watch next! So many opportunities with waterslides: ua-cam.com/video/SnlszznFRVk/v-deo.html
What kind of sander do you use to prep the pens?
I started at end of November using grand finale and it is definitely going to be all I use when my brite tone is all used up.
yesss! Agreed - so nice to have a fast drying top coat :)

Do you have or can you make a video with how you cut your vinyl for your pens. I find it very hard and very frustrating to cut small fonts on cricut.

Also, i'm looking for some very specific colors of paint, and I don't see them on Crystalac. Do you recommend another type of paint?

Could you specifically tell me what kind of glue that you’re using for your pens? I couldn’t catch it in your tutorial video.
