You are too funny 😂. Would it be easier to get the right sized decal by wrapping paper around the pen and cutting it then use it as a template to cut the decal before applying it to the pen? Just a thought.

For glitter pens- Do you apply mod Podge to pen before glitter the seal glitter with it as well
I do tie dye tumblers with alcohol markers and then spray them with alcohol like you did the pen. It makes the inks blend and look amazing!
