I love that you added the glitter without painting a basecoat on the pens first. So nice to skip unnecessary steps if possible! Do you notice after making these that a basecoat of paint would have been needed or made the glitter look better? I am hoping it's not necessary!
It’s really hard to say how many layers. I basically apply layers until I have a totally smooth finish. The last time I made pens I used fine glitter like you see here and got it completely smooth then added my vinyl and then about 4 layers, then level sand and then 3 more layers. Thanks for watching!
