I just bought a basic uv lamp. Do I not need to turn the pen around under the Uv lamp?

Yes u do-- I mention it with thus one as well to ensure all sides are cured

I have a genuine question. What is the purpose of spray paintint the pen if you cover it with glitter? I've seen this done for tumblers and have always wondered if there was a reason to spray paint even though you are covering the entire item in glitter. I really would like to know! Thanks!

It gives the glitter a good base color's u use less glitter by using a color close to the glitter color ur using-- and for me most of the time I use the paint as tbe adhesive for the glitter that's also another option
