Wonderful workout. I've been wanting to get back into a daily routine but gyms don't do it for me and I don't want to put out money and quit. This free workout relieves all that stress! I work out with you in my home following a few pirates and yoga stretch. I love that I found you! Blessings!!!!

I've been working out over 25years.
The number 1 reason for success in fitness that I've seen through the years is "showing up". Even if your not good at it , just keep coming.
Even if you know you're not going to have arms like The hulk or the body of a bikini model.....just do the best you can, just do you......just show up.
After almost 3 moths iam starting with this wkly plan. Love you Lucy! Hope i will stick to my routine.

Love this workout but feeling frustrated as I’m really struggling with move 4 2nd part 🙁 been doing 2 of Lucy’s workouts everyday for a year and love them but this is the first time I have struggled 🌈
Hi. Would it help to slow down the playback speed of the video (hit the three dots at the top right hand for options) and rehearse that particular move? Then when it’s perfected you’ll be able to follow Lucy in real-time…
