Making myself get back into lucy workouts to get fit and healthy again and wow, this goes so quickly! Did this 3 times and burned 222 calories in 23 mins. Love how quickly these 7 minutes goes, even when repeating to get a longer workout x
What I love about Lucywyndhamread’s workouts is that they’re first off all low impact, great bits of time you can fit into your daily life, and sometimes double up back to back or do first thing in the morning, lunchtime, and evening. I’ve been struggling with depression and as a result I’ve become very immobile…or maybe its the other way around. This bit was doable, although i did slow my steps down to suit my comfort level (I’m 56 years old with a bit of a heart issue…) Thank you for the quick video!

This is another highly efficient and effective workout. It consists of very doable multi-compound moves that increase the heartrate, tone your muscles, and build your balance and agility skills. And, as always, Lucy's coaching and positivity keeps you motivated and on your toes! Thanks again Lucy!!

I love these workouts because you are standing the whole time and no special equipment. I just turned 60 years old and I am in pretty good shape. I try to do some form of excersise at least 3 days a week. They aren't much, but I figure it is better than nothing. I am looking forward to watching some more of your videos and trying them out. I just subcribed! Thank you for sharing these low impact workouts.

Thank you for making this video and that there's no jumping or floor exercises. I had a injury a few years back and i can't really kneel on the floor due to the fall it really messed up my right knee and i literally have to have a cusion for my knee if i do have to be on the ground. Your exercises i can do. I'm just starting out and I'm really optimistic about your videos.😊
