I will never forget the first day I met you. I was looking for guidance and direction, Sam didn’t hesitate once regardless of who I was and poured into me every opportunity he could. He not only became a friend, but a mentor. An example to so many of us. Because of Sam during a dark mental time in my life, I continuously strove to get better. Thank you Sam, for everything you did. Your legacy continues, you are never forgotten. Especially to those who had the privilege of knowing truly who you are. 💛🙏🏼

@@1life857 idk if he used steroids or not, but there is this study that maintaining a lot of muscle mass, for a long period of time takes it's toll on your heart. Even for naturals. Something to do with more effort to pump blood through the body and thw stress the body gets under, for all those workouts...
Now I'm no doctor or scientist but it does make a lot of sense if you do the math.
As for people screaming "steroids" every time they see a bit of muscle...dude...
      1. It shows you never got through more than a few months of basic workouts
      2. You don't really care if they are actually using or not. You are just gealous that your life is literal shit compared to the person you throw shit at. Think about it! If you were much better than him, on all levels, you wouldn't even be thinking about him.
      Food for thought.

The difference between you and me is you never gave up and I would just mainly never start. I've always settled for less in life since 6 years old, fast forward to when I turned 30 years old 4 years ago I decided to start trying in life. I've failed continuously since than but I always get back up and try again. You just gave me more fuel through this documentary and I want to Thank You for that. May you R.I.P. and sending Prayers for Strength and Peace to your Family.🙏
