I was following Sam on Instagram since 2019. And he had been a great influence for me in the best way possible.. He is one of the reasons why I know that I have great potential and that I can make it wherever I want to with proper determination and discipline. @@1life857 idk if he used steroids or not, but there is this study that maintaining a lot of muscle mass, for a long period of time takes it's toll on your heart. Even for naturals. Something to do with more effort to pump blood through the body and thw stress the body gets under, for all those workouts... Now I'm no doctor or scientist but it does make a lot of sense if you do the math. As for people screaming "steroids" every time they see a bit of muscle...dude... 1. It shows you never got through more than a few months of basic workouts 2. You don't really care if they are actually using or not. You are just gealous that your life is literal shit compared to the person you throw shit at. Think about it! If you were much better than him, on all levels, you wouldn't even be thinking about him. Food for thought.

The difference between you and me is you never gave up and I would just mainly never start. I've always settled for less in life since 6 years old, fast forward to when I turned 30 years old 4 years ago I decided to start trying in life. I've failed continuously since than but I always get back up and try again. You just gave me more fuel through this documentary and I want to Thank You for that.
